I walked in at 10 a.m., and there was a 20-minute wait on chicken.

They forgot my chicken sandwich and messed up my drink order. I paid for the premium frozen lemonade which is extra and gave me a sprite smh. They're not paying attention and talking/horseplaying among each other.

I was on my way to work this morning and I came across a 3-piece combo. What I didn't like was that they gave me the chicken and the fries, which were cold and had a lot of oil. They took away my appetite for something to eat.

The food was cold at 1230 noon pick up at a busy store there should be no old cold chicken. A window pick-up order should come with utensils and napkins? They forgot my hot sauce, although I asked 3 times, twice at the intercom, and once at the window.

Stopped in to use the rest room and the grab some food but the bathroom smelled of gasoline and the entrance/dining area smelled of weed. Needless to say I didn't get any food.

Rude, rude, and will take it out on your food.....Popeyes ran a special 3 piece for 5 dollars.....they gave me the smallest stalest pieces of chicken they could fine.....made a bad day worst....enjoy!!! Oh and what happened to the complimentary biscuit that came with every meal??? When did that stop???

The young lady that bought my food out after she walked past me shouldnt even be workimg there. Yall that Desperate. Poor Poor Customer Service. Your Management Team suck cause they were standing around seeing this.

I would give them five stars but they always mess the order up and the fries are always cold... But they have great customer service and dont mind fixing the order once you tell them...oh and they are soooo slow, but they are apologetic and the chicken is normally hot and fresh.
