This is the worst Wawa that I’ve been to because they’re inexplicably not open for 24 hours AND they’re always out of stock.
The people making the food must be high cause it took them 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich.

How do you make a club sandwich without lettuce tomatoes and mayo. On top of a piece of hair. But I will say when I called the location they was willing make me another plus a refund. Kudos to manager

Disappointed describes my visit to this Wawa location on 09/23/2024. I decided to try the online order from the Wawa app to save time and to see how it works. I ordered two items the "hot turkey gobbler dinner" and a large "chicken noodle soup" only to find out (upon my arrival at the store) neither item were available. This should have been indicated on the app. I had to order two different items, receive a partial refund. Totally unacceptable!! So glad I did not prepay this order and thankful for the Ray of sunshine who works there named Zay. Please fix this so others don't experience this same disappointment.

Wawa is a great place they have excellent service and they make your sandwich just the way you like it the employees are very polite and friendly I would recommend Wawa to anyone for a sandwich

Ordered turkey and got ham. So awful.
This is the worst WaWa when it comes to customer service I witness an employee go back and forth with a customer instead making an order right this was the second time I vist this store when the employee is so angry who is the manager some of your employees need to be retrain and stop answering a question with anger

The place is good but the customer service inside the store is horrible, the manager is racist and so rude with customers, if you go in the morning to take a breakfast you will waste time a lot
The worst Wawa in America. They have run out of chicken the 3 times I visited. You have to order your food 20 minutes before you arrive or else you will have to wait 20 minutes. They never have more than one person running the cash register even during busy times. They charge extra for everything whether it be a bag ($.35) or a thing of salsa. They have the staff do way to much at once so they are constantly frustrated. They mess up on food orders if you make even the slightest change or add to the order. They run out of pretzels by 8am (so get them early) half of the time they are burnt. Just drive a little further and go to any other Wawa.

Kinda annoying that it’s not 24 hours. Often out of chicken noodle soup and oatmilk- like y’all just opened! Where the stock?!
But it’s Wawa so you always coming back.
