Hands down the worst Wawa I’ve ever been to. Corporate should be embarrassed tbh. A third of the gas pumps are out and all of the windshield cleaner spots are empty with no squeegees. I ordered a panini (one of the signature ones, nothing fancy) and it took thirty minutes to make. Between the two workers there, they only made about ten sandwiches in that thirty minutes, so it’s not like they were busy. The panini was fine, but not worth waiting for 30 minutes. If you really want food there, order beforehand or you’ll be stuck waiting.
UPDATE: I came to this Wawa again about a month after this review, and found it to be a lot better this time. All of the pumps are working (still no windshield wiper cleaner though) and this time my sandwich came out within a few minutes. I’ve updated my review to 3 stars. It may just be hit or miss depending on who is on staff that day.

Well my problem is that now they say that with bottled drink you can get any size complimentary cup with jusy ice. But then the lady here gave me an attitude and told me it was only for small, yet the sign said any sizes. Guess ice is imported, and the tariffs for the ice machine are too big.

The evening manager Brittany customer service sucked, her demeanor was degrading and she needs training or replacement. Food takes 15-20 minutes to come out, doesn’t matter what time of the day.

Yesterday I came here ordered a 24 oz frozen caramel double shot coffee and a 24 oz refresher waited an unnecessary long time the two young ladies were talking among each other getting people drinks wrong especially mine and had a line of frustrated customers waiting the one young lady in particular said everyone's tired that's why things were moving slow. When i tasted my refresher drink once we pulled off it tasted watered down if didn't had to be somewhere I would've bought both drinks back
This place is like 7-11 in dc. Can’t get a fountain cup. All food ordering screens don’t work. Out of pretzels. Closes at 10pm. 🙄 reminds me to not stop here for anything other than gas.

This Wawa almost never has anything available and working.
-tire inflator has had a trash bag over it for almost a year -coffee bar is always gross, lots of trash and fluids -hot chocolate machine almost never works -constantly out of sugar shakers, stirrers, creamers -back door is now permanently blocked and closed, although they always had trouble opening the second door until several people had tried to enter that way
-update because the door was magically unlocked for a couple weeks after this review, but now back to being locked. So, I’m confused then - what’s the point of having a security guard on staff 24/7 if you can’t even unlock doors for customers to use?
