I honestly don’t know how this Wingstop is rated a 3.3 because I have never had any issues. Every single time I order, it’s ready on time, the food is great and they have NEVER messed up my order. Mind you my girls love Wingstop so we’re here pretty often. The staff is always so nice and the food is great! Love this Wingstop!

Ordered 20 wings and they were all undercooked. I had to put them in the oven in order to eat them. The time before this, I ordered 20 wings and got all drumsticks. I'm tired of this ghetto location. I'm never going back.
The woman with the red locks had such a negative demeanor. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by asking about the various seasonings on the menu. She constantly rolled her eyes and made annoyed sounds. When my order was ready she didn’t even put the bag in my hand she dropped on the counter and walked away. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful.
Why is it so hard to find staff who bring a positive attitude to their work? Customers are spending their hard-earned money to support your establishment.
