The construction must be wrapping up, because we couldn’t tell there was anything going on. Our room was fine, but a few days later we had a charge for $4.19. Apparently you have to pay to park in the parking lot. A regular parking lot in the suburbs. I’ve never heard of such a thing, and it wasn’t mentioned when we checked in. I found it on their website later, but we booked through Expedia so there was no notice of it. It’s the principle vs the amount of money. It definitely left a bad impression.

They screwed up my reservation and did not have a room for me. Pretty sad. I had to find another hotel. Never stay with Hilton again.

Expensive. They charge a "Parking Recovery Fee" whatever that is. Food is expensive. Breakfast is not free. Not really near the waterfront.Safety: No security cams anywhere

We stayed two nights for a family reunion. So many issues with this place: 1) there was NO air conditioning in the hallways on the second and third floors. And of course, it was HOT that weekend. There were several fans on each floor but the hallways were oppressively hot. 2) Ants. We were moved from our first room because of an ant infiltration. Our second room had far fewer ants, but they were still present. Relatives also had this issue. 3) Despite what the hotel-written review says, parking is NOT free. There was a large sign at the front desk informing of a $4.10/day "parking recapture fee. Breakfast is standard hotel buffet fare, but the menu includes a few made to order items, including omelets. Note that there is only one cook so if you are in a large group, made to order items will take some time. We enjoyed being with family and the area is lovely. However, we will not stay at this hotel again.
May have been my worst Hilton experience. Despite the website claiming to have the amenities, neither the restaurant nor the indoor pool were available. the pool had obviously not been cleaned. The water pressure was inconsistent while showering during a multiple night stay. I’ll be honest, if I’m paying to stay at a Hilton I expect better. In the future I will avoid this location.

This Hilton hotel is one of the worst accommodations I've ever stayed at. The air conditioning did not work throughout the halls on each floor, they charge to park ($4.95) on their lot, and the most disturbing is that they are infested with ants. Everyone in line upon check out complained about being attacked by ants. My sons overnight bag were filled with them when he woke up. They are short staffed and have no amenities (bar, restaurant, pool access) due to ongoing construction, however want to charge $209 a night (even with a bulk room discount). Never will I stay here again, over priced piece of crap.
Going thru very much needed renovations. Pools and bar are closed but breakfast is open. Breakfast was good but pricey and should be complementary for Diamond members - Dearest Hilton, $10 food and beverage credit doesn’t cut it. Roya in the restaurant was just great. My check in thru the app was not completed and ended up in room 123 - not desirable due to the parking light and noise from the door leading to the parking lot. Some attention to detail on the room reservations is needed.

The worse Hilton I have ever stayed in. Construction throughout the hotel, dining room closed and NO MENTION Of this on their website when we booked. We booked a king bed but were given a queen. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, broken & duct taped in places. The room smelled horrible; a combination of smoke and mildew. No other rooms available due to the construction. Our reservation included the cost of breakfast and we did not get reimbursed. Managment just shrugged their shoulders and did nothing !
Having stayed at a LOT of Hiltons, I'm going to write this review keeping in mind the myriad of hotel experiences I've had (that range from awful to awesome). This hotel I would say, overall, was pretty good. It was very clean, very nice, in a good location, with friendly staff, and comfortable beds. It served its main purpose - giving you a clean, safe place to stay. Some notes that other guests have noted: -Outdoor pool - the website says it's open but it's actually closed intermittently. You have to check each day to see if it will be available, which is a pain, and not helpful if you have kids and are trying to plan if they can swim. -Indoor pool - closed for renovation. Hopefully they fix it soon. -Renovations - nothing too noisy or messy that I saw. The fitness room (while small) looked to be open, but I did not use it. A construction worker got grumpy with us for using the entranceway when he was caulking nearby but.... it's the entrance to a hotel. What were we supposed to do? - Breakfast - EXPENSIVE and not great quality. Looks like the rates have gone way up for breakfast since other reviewers have posted less than a year ago. Expect at least $15 per person. -Parking - website says it's free, but there is a paper sign printed out at the hotel desk that they actually charge for parking. Why?? It's not a guarded lot and in fact is shared with another business. How do they monitor this? What is going on here? This seems very shady. I would overall stay here again - I think once the renovations are completed it will be much nicer. But I am still side-eyeing the parking situation, and I would get food elsewhere.

I was utterly disappointed by this hotel. My boyfriend and I came to stay here in hopes to have a peaceful and relaxing weekend, but there were so many issues that it just left us disappointed. First off, they’re doing renovations (during the busiest time of the year??) which left the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym inaccessible. Also there was no breakfast nor bar because of this. This was not stated on their website which was so frustrating. We did get to go to the outside pool a little bit but I was raining most of the weekend and it looked unkept (we found a massive spider and some leaves in the pool which I just ended up fishing out myself.) Also I’m not sure if every hallway was like this, but our hallway on the 3rd floor was EXTREMELY hot and humid. Our room was freezing but we could adjust the temp. There was no wifi listed anywhere in the room which was also odd. My bf and I had left Saturday morning to go out and explore the area and came back around 2 pm to take a nap and the house keeper still hadn’t been by to clean our room (no, we didn’t leave the “no thank you for cleaning” sign on the door.) Also check in was super weird? I don’t know if the front desk attendant was having a bad day or what but she was extremely rude to my bf and I and the couple before us.Sorry for the jumbled review but it was just a really unpleasant experience and we will not be coming back.

Room was pretty good, service was mediocre and scripted in their apology for the issues we encountered. I talked to these people betore I booked a room, they never once mentioned that renovations were happening. The front desk clerk took my ID and credit card before saying "Just so you know, we're under renovations, but good news is we are about 96% complete"...Which, while we're on the topic, seemed weird. Who provided this number? Why so specific? Is there a "Loading Please Wait" bar I missed somewhere? Anyways...96% complete she went on to explain means that the restaurant is closed, room service non-existant, indoor pool closed, fitness room closed, many rooms were being used as material storage for the remodel, the halls were clogged with Spanish speaking individuals who blocked the hall every time we walked while unloading and going to dinner. Apparently, 96% done for them, actually means 0% done for all functional purposes. I would have never booked had I known, but I have a feeling thats why they never mentioned anything on the phone about the renovations it until after we arrived.Such a disappointment we booked at a Hilton believing we'd get a decent room to celebrate my birthday.Rooms was clean though, oddly choice of industrial looking furniture. Still, avoid this place like the plague.Rooms: Clean, though very industrial decor which feels cheap and out of place.Nearby activities: Annmarie Sculpture Garden is nice with lots of cool art pieces.Walkability: Lots of handicap accessible spaces

I agree with the other recent reviews. This hotel in under renovation and we were never informed at the time we made our reservation. Really deceptive. Indoor Pool - Closed, Restaurant - Closed, Bar - Closed, Exercise Room- Closed. Even though my reservation said there was breakfast available, all that was available was a cup of burnt coffee. The bathroom in our room was a joke. There was only one bar of soap that you would have to carry from the sink to the shower and back again. No hooks for wet towels of robes. No toilet paper holder. The roll-in-use sits on top of the toilet tank. The bathroom vanity is so small that you can't put a Dopp kit on it. That's okay. You can unload what you need into the vanity drawer, right? See photo. We accidentally left a shirt behind (our bad) but when we called to request that housekeeping retrieve it from the room, we were told that was not necessary because if they found it they would turn it into the "Lost and Found." Proactive - not. By the way, our one night Hilton Honors rate for this room was $244.02 before taxes!
Went for a conference but didn't stay at the hotel because I am local. The hotel had very few staff. They didn't empty any of the trash cans inside or outside the rooms for the two days we were there so they were overflowing. The water was undrinkable. Had a bad taste. No snacks or food available for purchase so had to go outside the hotel for our lunch breaks.

Hotel is undergoing renovation, which I am okay with - the result was that there were nearly no amenities. The room had sheer curtains that were mismatched, and the black out curtains had fallen off on one side, which I had to use clips to hold them closed. I left the clips behind for the next guest. On Thursday, I was called at work to find out when I would be retrieving my luggage, as they had checked me out of my room - my reservation was through Saturday. Not the kind of experience that I have come to expect from Hilton.
