Part of my order was missing last night, and they wouldn't answer the phone. Tried calling numerous times. Door dash only offers to refund, and I wanted my turkey club. Some places says they close at 10:30 and others say 11 so it's not clear. But if they are going to take orders close to closing, they should answer the phone for problem resolution at the very least. This was extremely frustrating.

No issues with the other items ordered. The kids enjoyed the fries and I also enjoyed the wings fried with old bay.

I have never order from Big Boyz Pizza before. I came home to visit my mother. We had their Brochure. We get Delivery. And the Food is Hot when we receive it.
