The restaurant was closed, so we had to use the drive-thru. We ordered using the app and was told at the window there we no soda, so we ordered water. Received our order after waiting 10 minutes and received luke warm whoppers and fries that were not fully cooked. We went to this Burger King because the one on Merritt Blvd disappointed us previously,but this Burger King was even worse!

Should be a zero. Walked in, everyone looked at my husband and didn't even acknowledge him. Not good! There was no cars in drive thru or parking lot. Place was empty. Now I know why.

I live directly behind this particular Burger King and as good as the food is, I'd rather just walk across the street to McDonald's because the service here is horrible, the employees are rude and just flat out lazy. Anytime I go inside I have to stand there at least 10 minutes before any employee will even wait on you. They just completely ignore the fact that there's a customer right there. They need to hire more employees with better attitudes ?
