I visited the drivethru in the morning. There was no line and the staff was very polite. I ordered a #1 meal large. I ate my food in the parking lot. The hash browns were cold and soggy. My sandwich was also cold and under seasoned. Wasted $10.... 😒

Twice now I have ordered door dash from this location and both times they did not send me all of my food. You can’t call them because it’s an auto answer that will not connect you to a Human! Please get rid of those awful paper straws. They make your drink taste awful. Everything else is great! I love salty fries. Food rating is because of the straws.

The restaurant was closed, so we had to use the drive-thru. We ordered using the app and was told at the window there we no soda, so we ordered water. Received our order after waiting 10 minutes and received luke warm whoppers and fries that were not fully cooked. We went to this Burger King because the one on Merritt Blvd disappointed us previously,but this Burger King was even worse!
