They made us wait 30 minutes even though there was no line inside or outside because everyone was staring at their phones and not doing anything. Also, the food came cold and the staff was unprofessional. You've practically hired an army of Karens looking for a place to fight.

Hello, my name is Tim. I drove up to the Burger King drive-thru. In Baltimore, MD., on Merritt BLVD. I called in my order: large chicken fries with a w/medium drink. Then a double whopper meal without pickles, without ketchup. What I got was a small drink with chicken fries and a Whopper meal. My wife was okay with her drink, but I went back in dispute about my sandwich. The person I assumed to be the manager (Dequan) handed me a new double Whopper sandwich and told me to keep the misordered sandwich. Thank you so much.

On saturday june 28th around 6:30 I went thru drive thru and had to wait for my fries. That was fine, but waiting in my car 3 employees were(I guess they were on break) were sitting outside smoking pot. I know it's legal but it is not legal to smoke in public in front of customers. I will not be going there again!

Went and ordered from the kiosk, only customers inside, 1 or 2 in the drive thru, took 5ish minutes before even prepping to make the food, just standing around spraying eachother with the sink hose and carrying on, waited to tell us there was no mayonnaise and instead put ketchup on everything and made both whoppers identical when I ordered 2 completely different ones. One burger was completely thrown together and had onion halfway off the burger and was put together very sloppy

Ordered online but forgot 1 item. I waited at drive thru for 3 minutes, while no one ahead or behind me. Then was told I couldn't add anything to my order. Then waited another 3 minutes with no one behind me at the window for my order. Clearly they don't want business. 🙄

This location frequently "misses" items in your order. Do NOT order delivery from this location. Most of the time it will be wrong and their app support no longer refunds missing items. They will offer you a coupon for next time and will ignore you if you want a refund instead.

i’m being so serious this is the worst burger king ever and i have a bunch of reasons. 1. They always get my order wrong, 2. their food isn’t fully cooked, 3. they are always out of something,4. The workers are mean , and 5. the worst of all, i found a fingernail in my burger. as soon as i took a bite in my junior whopper i had a hard fingernail in my burger. this burger king doesn’t even deserve 1 star it deserves 0. That’s my review
