i’m being so serious this is the worst burger king ever and i have a bunch of reasons. 1. They always get my order wrong, 2. their food isn’t fully cooked, 3. they are always out of something,4. The workers are mean , and 5. the worst of all, i found a fingernail in my burger. as soon as i took a bite in my junior whopper i had a hard fingernail in my burger. this burger king doesn’t even deserve 1 star it deserves 0. That’s my review

Ordered the impossible burger, it did take awhile for the team to make it so they had me pulled to the front parking lot to wait. A team member brought my order out to my car and apologized for the wait, they even upgraded my fries to a large for the delay. Couldn’t have been nicer about it. (Wasn't even a big deal.) Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I’m going to assume the team member was a shift manager, super polite, and very friendly!

I have give this Burger King more than 1 chance!!! Over and over & over again 2 weeks ago I wait 40 min for 16 nuggets 6 piece kids meal & a burger for the food to be cold & WRONG!!
Today I come 11/10/2024 at peak dinner time & the dining room is locked!!! And I have to stand in the drive thru to get my food!!
I honestly feel so bad for the older white lady that’s been at this location for awhile because she never has help the employees that work with her or even for her there is no team play at all on this store!!! It honestly is really really sad!!

Horrible food, how hard is it to read, apparently this location is too busy smoking weed in her older gold Nissan with a damaged driver side. Had to wait for my chicken sandwich to be made, (which came out cold and under cooked) forgot the cheese i paid extra for. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
