Hello, my name is Tim. I drove up to the Burger King drive-thru. In Baltimore, MD., on Merritt BLVD. I called in my order: large chicken fries with a w/medium drink. Then a double whopper meal without pickles, without ketchup. What I got was a small drink with chicken fries and a Whopper meal. Ordered the impossible burger, it did take awhile for the team to make it so they had me pulled to the front parking lot to wait. A team member brought my order out to my car and apologized for the wait, they even upgraded my fries to a large for the delay. Couldn’t have been nicer about it. (Wasn't even a big deal.) Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I’m going to assume the team member was a shift manager, super polite, and very friendly!

I decided to give BK another try after hearing that the Merritt Blvd location had gone through some big changes. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were much friendlier this time around, and the food was fresh and well-prepared.
Whoever is responsible for turning this place around, great job! Keep up the good work and continue doing whatever you’re doing.
