Ordered the impossible burger, it did take awhile for the team to make it so they had me pulled to the front parking lot to wait. A team member brought my order out to my car and apologized for the wait, they even upgraded my fries to a large for the delay. Couldn’t have been nicer about it. (Wasn't even a big deal.) Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I’m going to assume the team member was a shift manager, super polite, and very friendly!

I still believe in Char-broil and their fries, even though the buns have something in them that triggers my chronic pain in my back.

The only problem I have is when you say I only want ketchup and mayonnaise does not mean to soak the sandwich in the condiments kind of makes it gross. Don't squeeze the bottle so hard when adding it to the burger.
