The food and drinks were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and just what I was hoping for. However, the customer service fell short of expectations. The hostess didn’t greet us upon arrival, and our waitress lacked friendliness and enthusiasm throughout the visit even though it wasn’t even busy. While I truly enjoyed the meal, I’ll likely visit a different Chili’s location next time in hopes of a better overall experience.

Go to local chain restaurant. Occasionally seems short staffed. Good is good. Standard menu. Dining area is open space and can be loud.
