The food and drinks were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and just what I was hoping for. However, the customer service fell short of expectations. The hostess didn’t greet us upon arrival, and our waitress lacked friendliness and enthusiasm throughout the visit even though it wasn’t even busy. While I truly enjoyed the meal, I’ll likely visit a different Chili’s location next time in hopes of a better overall experience.

I will say that for $10 you get a big ass cheeseburger you getting nachos and you get a drink. You might as well just go there with your family and sit down and enjoy a meal and feel like you're spending $40 $50. Instead of going to Burger King or McDonald's and spending $30 and being pissed that you spent that much money. Thank you Chili's, this is great.
