My experience was horrible last night, I don't leave revies but please make sure the food is hot, and they people who staff is attentive to the customers, sitting around talking about your other mangers is not productive, DO BETTER TRAIN BETTER, greet your guest and cook fresher food.

Just got home. Opened my bag and they didn’t even fill my side of guacamole. If I wasn’t so tired I’d go back and ask them to fix it. I went to pay after telling her everything I wanted in my bowl. Now I got to watch you make everything from now on. Definitely didn’t get my money’s worth! Please train your employees to do what’s right!

The past few times we have got food from here its been awful. Brown guacamole, food undercooked, tortillas dried out and hard, food so salty that you can't even eat it. Definitely will not be going back to this store, it may have totally turned my family off of Chipotle all together. Complete waste of money and waste of time. So gross

The queso was grainy, you could tell it was reheated from the previous day. It was like what you'd get at the bottom of the container. I was eating the chicken burrito bowl when I bit into something so hard, it felt like a rock. I couldn't finish it. I couldnt see what it was.
Do not go to chipotle in Dundalk. The staff is very rude. And the manger don’t know how to speak to customers. It was so many flies near the food. 7/28/25

I WOULD GIVE 0 stars if possible this place is terribly managed and a disgrace to the chipotle brand. This location is consistently rude and this is the 5th time in a row that they do not have vinaigrette or any of the new offerings like adobo ranch. The staff is rude the young women at the register are always short and have an attitude I will never be using this location again it’s sad. Makes you not even want to support chipotle at all anymore.

Ordered off of door dash for a pick up they said that somebody picked up the order. This is the second time this happened wouldnt recommend ordering at all.

I'm not coming to this location anymore...every time I come i'm always told they are out of vinaigrette...but when i complain they somehow have some....this time I asked why do they always tell me they don't have any....I was told it's for the night shift...wtf

If employees are going to state that they can’t give more chicken then they should learn to provide the correct amount in the beginning. It’s store policy to not provide more food when they only have one person cooking is a made up response.
