Went there for lunch (not busy at all) we were the only ones in line, ignored for about 5 minutes, moved to the left (about 6 feet) to the register, was told to move to the right to place an order only to be ignored again, we walked out.

A TOTAL NIGHTMARE - ZERO STARS - CALL THE HEALTH DEPT.I placed an order online for 4:45 pickup. Waited in the drive thru until 5:05 - LINE WAS NOT MOVING. Got out of drive thru and went inside. TOTAL CHAOS. Store was packed. About 10 people waiting for online orders. My order was not on the pickup shelf. I asked some dude where my order was and he acted like it was his first day on the job and blew me off. One guy preparing online orders who had blown out hair and was not wearing a hairnet or hat. I asked several staff where my order was during the hour I spent in the store. Got the same answer - it was being prepared. By 6 PM I had enough and walked out. Mind you I paid in advance for this order and Chipolte will not refund my money. I'll be calling the Health Department and Chipolte Corporate. If you want hair in your bowl or burrito and don't mind waiting over an hour - go there. No manager on site and the staff is clueless. If I ever order there again I'll be sure to have them hold the hair on my burrito. SHUT THE STORE DOWN !! If I could give zero stars I wouldParking: Don't waste your money.

I ordered for pickup in the drive thru, got there at the time it said my order would be ready and waited at the window for over 7 minutes until someone came and acknowledged me. Waited another 5-7 minutes for my order. When I got home I realized that my chicken bowl had about a quarter of the portion of chicken I should have had. There were more beans than anything else. The guys who came to the window were pleasant enough, but the lack of acknowledgment for so long, poor portion quantity when you pay so much, and ridiculous wait time when the place is not busy at all…I would not recommend going to this location until things change.

They have a terrible customer experience compared to other restaurants. They make you wait 9/10 20 to 40 minutes. Comming here is a disrespectful event. They need to find competent staff as soon as possible. I would not recommend visiting this establishment.

Realized they messed up my mobile order when i got home. I drove all the way back to the store only for them to refused to remake it or refund it. I had to call customer support to get a refund, and they would only refund the part of my meal that was messed up. They wouldn’t compensate me for the labor and gas it took to bring the messed up food back to the store. Won’t risk my time and money getting food from there anymore.

I just left the Dundalk Chipotle and I was so dissatisfied the service. It was so bad I walked out and left the food. I go to the one in Rosedale and I have a much better experience.

It was good for the first two weeks. Now it’s just a joke. You can’t even get one solid scoop of anything. Also, they charge extra for you to get a normal amount of toppings without telling you. Unless you want a half filled bowl, don’t even waste your time.
