The reason I rated 4 stars because we sat at a table for 5 mins before a waiter came to us to offer us water we had no silverware but I ordered the double cheeseburger and Omgawd it was scrumptious juicy and tender melt in your mouth I kept saying I want a hamburger on the grill and dennys topped the chart my mom ordered the same this was a surprise bday ?

First of all, I wish I didn't have to give a star. But I have to. Second, the service sucked a**. The waitress came to my table and gave us watered down orange juice. And it leaked all over the table in a broken glass. Third, after correcting the drinks, the food came to the table and it was wrong. Mind you, the waitress never brought any type of utensils to eat with. My cousin (todays her birthday) had to get up and ask for eating utensils. It's very unorthodox. For her to literally just have a attitude because of her mess up is beyond real. We ordered the Shortberry dream cakes and the advertised photo says $6.99 and they charged $11.99 plus for each and every topping and it's so wrong. On the pancakes it came with a lot of toppings and it comes like that. So, they charged me for these toppings and the entire time it comes with the food. The manager sucks at his job because he didn't fix the issue. As a manager not fixing the issue, why would you have that job title if your not doing what your suppose to?

Took a half hour to get a patty melt & fries.Dont go during your lunch break.??? Especially if you only get a half hour Lunch...Totally disappointed, the food was all over cooked ,And the fries wasn't even edible..It was a sad Day..for the cooks...Plus when you pay How about the tip they want for bad service.Look do your job..If it was good service you wouldn't have to beg for a tip option...??HOW ABOUT SOME SERVICE..FOR CUSTOMERS?????

Not satisfied at all. I received the triple trio breakfast birthday coupon at no charge. When I went to the restaraunt I showed the waitress. She said she needed the bar code but common sense you provide bar code upon departure. Whatever she did the coupon said already used. It was not used. She got the manager. I explained to him what happened and asked if I could use coupon. He said it was illegal but would help me out. What Dennys. You were not helping me you were providing the birthday service as indicated on app. 2 pancakes, tasteless, iced coffee weak, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 small sausage link and 1 piece of thin and I mean thin bacon. Needless to say I was charged 2.50 plus tax for ice coffee. You would think coffee would no charge. It wasn’t. I will not return. Way too many issues with this location.

Service and quality of food has rapidly declined. I received the triple meal as a birthday gift from Dennys on mobile app. I went to the restaraunt showed the waitress. I told her not to touch app on my phone it might show used or freeze on phone. Sure enough it did. She went to the manager I told him what happened. I asked him since she messed it up would The coupon he honored. His response ur would be illegal to do that. First of all it would not be illegal. Common courtesy. Good customer skills to provide unsurpassed customer service. What the Dennys is going on. I also ordered an iced coffee. I was charged. What the Dennys is going on. Entire order should be free not charged. The meal ended up no charge but charged 2.50 plus tax for coffee. 2 pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 piece link sausage, 1piece of super thin bacon. I'm surprised it was crispy. Barely edible. Coffee watered down do bad it was tasteless. I will not revisit.

We were a party of six people 2 adults 4 kids . Ordered everything from pancakes , burgers to chicken tenders ice cream and shakes . Everything was affordable. Good service ,good food and good prices .

The waitress was excellent! Busted tables, served food, register duties. She did it all. Plus had an excellent smile. She deserved the 75% tip I gave her.
Breakfast was good and took about 10 minutes to be served. The day I was there it was very cold inside. So I told the waitress and she kindly put on the heat.
