Crap customer service. Got to stay on them asking them about your order when you use the app and pick up in store. Or they will put it at the drive-thru window and let you sit there all day. God forbid when they’re not doing anything they ask if they can help you with anything.

Coffees come out tasting weird, and the refreshers are always a completely different color than what they are at the other nearby Dunkins. My coffee today was SO watered down. How does no one notice this?
This one needs quality control and better hands on management or something.
This is the third time they have messed up a mobile order. I asked for no whipped cream which it clearly says on the ticket attached to cup & they added whipped cream. I was missing my donuts & the cold foam cold brew had no cold foam. DO BETTER! THE CUP HAS A STICKER READ IT!

Used to be my fave Dunkin in this area but I get the same thing every time and now they make it different every trip and most the time I have to ask them to add coffee to my coffee they gave me a cup of sugar and creamer the last 3 times.

Absolutely insane, was not served nor told I had to use a kiosk, placed my order and they said half of the donuts I ordered they didn’t have then I proceed to stand there for about 15 minutes before somebody finally helped me while I watched them take 2 other peoples orders and help them. It’s insane the disorganization and complete lack of care for customers.
