Disappointed with Bagel Quality
Ordered a plain bagel with extra garden veggie cream cheese. What I received was a nearly burnt bagel with barely enough spread to cover half of it—definitely not “extra” by any stretch. For a simple request, this was a letdown. If you're going to charge for extras, make sure they’re actually provided. Quality control needs serious attention.

I had a great experience at Dunkin’! The staff are friendly, my order was fresh, and the service was quick — even though it was a morning rush. The coffee tastes perfect and their donuts and breakfast sandwiches didnt disappoint. Definitely will be my go-to spot to start the day right! ☕🍩

Literally sitting in the drive thru as I type this waiting for my drink that has been sitting on the counter for 6 minutes with a line of at least 8 cars behind me… no one has said a word and keeps walking past the drive thru window.. the service at this location sucks.
After 13 minutes someone came back to the window and said “sorry bruh. I thought you already got that.”

The worst of the worst service, orders mark as ready but not ready. You need to go and fight for your food. Thats the worst dd ever I saw, not deserve any spot in dd family

I go there all the time I get snacking bacon and if you go in the morning it's usually cold. I guess they make a bunch earlier and let it sit out. Plus the bacon has decreased drastically within the last 2 weeks it's like they split one order into 2. So not worth it anymore!
Walked in to an empty store with 3 employess working and waited about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Finally a cashier then goes and stands at the register with not a word and just blankly stares at me as if i was somehow bothering them. Needless to say i wont be bothering them any further.

They just don't care. The wraps are hard like they've been left out for hours. I got 2 chipotle hash brown wake up wraps, assembly was my responsibility apparently.. they also didn't add the chipotle sauce. They didn't add enough mix to the berry burst energy so it tasted off. The donut was hard. Like it was day old stock from a bakery.

The fact I spend money here every day a d all I get is extra lrg coffee, and still it takes 8 to 10 employees 15 minutes to pour coffee in a cup is astonishing to me. Does the owner even see anything when he's standing there?? Save urself time drive 5 more miles and get it from another dunkin
