I had originally gone in for my basic everyday coffee and I got into conversation with this gorgeous young lady (her name was Hailey) very smart well dressed girl with a cool earthy tattoo. She had given me some of her coffee go-tos and oh my gosh I’ve never felt so welcomed, especially with the amount of patience she had with me and my a million questions. It’s like she had every answer prepped before I got the question out, she knew exactly what she was talking about AND ended up getting me to absolutely love another signature coffee. 10/10 service I love to see fast food chains employing hard working driven individuals. Props to you ms. Hailey your patience and cordial personality will be the reason I come back to this location time and time again.

No lobby, no hospitality, and they never know what you ordered after you tell them you have a mobile order with your name or order number. At 1:45pm there's only 2 customers and they still take 20 minutes to get the order wrong.

I used to be a regular, but when they did away with counter ordering, I found other places/just used the drive thru on occasion.

HOWEVER, yesterday I had to stop inside and had the best experience with an employee. I didn’t catch her name, but she was in black cargo pants, glasses, a ponytail and a visor. She was so upbeat, kind, and friendly after I had an issue with my order. I also overheard her giving genuine recommendations to someone in the drive thru who asked her what they should order. She just really made my day so big shoutout! I’m not someone who really leaves reviews so you know I mean it lol

Stop in to use the bathroom, no bathroom.No bathrcouldn't order food because it's kiosk only.I'm not willing to use the kyoisk. There's better experience at other Dunkin Donuts.This OneDrive to Emily.No good customer servicommercials.Actually, the staff was friendly.The way the business has this one set up.It deserves 0 stores and no service.They want our money but don't want to provide even service to help you.Get ordered or let you use a bathroom but they want your money

I will say the employees at this location are trained well. One of the few with great customer service skills. 9/10 times they are beyond friendly. The lady manager does a great job. Pleasant woman.

This Dunkin absolutely sucks. Nobody answers the phone there ever and then they're making your coffee it's always is wrong but when you come back to get your coffee replaced because they made it wrong. They have an attitude about it if you did your jobs and pay attention instead of playing around they would get so many orders wrong three days in a row they made my coffee wrong.never using this Dunkin again

I'm actually to the point that today will be my last day going to this location. For months now since there's a new manager every morning my order is messed up. Im here every day sometimes 2x a day. The staff all know me. So it's bad when the one young lady this morning says geesh they do this to you like every day. Yup!! And 3 days in a row now where I've pulled off n they gave me old burnt coffee. Last month I got bad cold foam and was getting sick at work. This past weekend I got home and had to run all the way back! Burnt/old coffee. N the girl got crappy bc I wanted new drinks made after I just spent 25$. I'm fed up. I'll gladly start going back to east point even though it's out of my way. I just dont get the problems here. What are you doing Aj??!!!!! Your staff are destroying your business!!!

Ordered an XL tea this am. Was already at work when I discovered I had been given coffee. It is clearly marked on the cup what it is supposed to be. Tea.

Very disappointing...and not the first time I've had to have an order corrected.

I order from this location almost daily. Started coming here after many errors from the Wise Ave location.

Busy or not, management should have enough staff on hand to ensure orders are processed correctly.

I go here every morning 98% of the time what I order is perfect !!I just want to say the lady who takes the orders she wears a gold name necklace is so polite keeps me coming back with her up beat attitude really is a great way to start your day:) Just wanted to say thank you !She def deserves a raise for always being happy in a world that is sad most of the time :)Keep being great

I went through the drive-thru between 9am & 10am in the morning, and they were out of the donut I wanted. I did purchase two glazed donuts, and they weren't very tasty or particularly fresh.

My daughter and I visited this fine morning. The coffee and the peppermint mocha iced coffee were excellent. Nice little walk up!
There is an intriguing tiny batch of trees nearby. The D needs maintenance. This DD hangs out with Rita's, which feels like a tiny betrayal after so much time spent with Baskin-Robbins. Such is life...
