Food is always delicious for me, but it is completely unacceptable for a private, one person use public restroom to not have any way to lock the door from the inside. If the staff gives someone else the door code there would be no one to have privacy from someone else walking in on you using the restroom. Fix this ASAP!

I came into the Merritt Blvd location and I noticed they were very attentive to the customers there already Kennedy ( took my order was very kind didn’t rush me and introduced me to my first ever milkshake with the Oreo pieces everywhere) 🫡🫡 I appreciate the service I got and the food was excellent I’m going back

This is an updated review. I am happy to say this is the best location! The staff is attentive and always makes sure my order is correct. Everyone is so kind and my meal is hot and delicious every time. I appreciate Five guys for the amazing quality and great team.
Also the management team is superb and the whole team especially night shift need a raise! Thank you all!

I just want to say this visit completely messed up my night. We ordered 2 hotdogs, little fries, and 2 milkshakes.
Let me start with the milkshakes were beyond good. But everything else went in the trash. 1 hotdog with the raw onions were completely soggy and ripped apart. The second hotdog asked for gilled onions and they were raw. I bite into a mouth full of onions ( disgusting) and neither hotdog was cooked all the way. NO char, no color, still complete pink and cold in the middle. The fries were cold and soggy.
My man threw the whole bag away and went to bed angry with no dinner. Even after trying to fix it with new bread.

The service was terrible had to wait 10 minutes before I even had my order taken. The employees was running around an joking around not even work related then I get my food an get to my truck an my burger was completely wrong 10/10 don't recommend this location

Found a dead mouse in my milkshake last week. The staff is very rude. Me and my fiance are homeless and we don't bother nobody the manager is trying to kick us out but she lets her staff act like kids. Staff would just be on their phones. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money here at all. I rather go to the other location in bel Air MD
