I almost never leave reviews, but I ordered a bacon cheeseburger & fountain drink (& fries as a separate order). I received both my fries (order number 33) as well as the cup for my drink. Extremely disappointed to know I paid almost $25 for some fries & a drink because I never received the bacon cheeseburger. I attempted to call the store to which a lady spoke with a very rude tone & said she was “busy” and to call back. I know many people lie about not receiving their orders, which is why I hesitated to even call the store in the first place, but I genuinely didn’t receive it & all it would have took was a simple search in their system to see that I ordered one. I wasn’t expecting a refund, I just wanted my sandwich & now I feel thieved of $12 which was the cost of my sandwich. I love five guys, but don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Food is always delicious for me, but it is completely unacceptable for a private, one person use public restroom to not have any way to lock the door from the inside. If the staff gives someone else the door code there would be no one to have privacy from someone else walking in on you using the restroom. Fix this ASAP!

I came into the Merritt Blvd location and I noticed they were very attentive to the customers there already Kennedy ( took my order was very kind didn’t rush me and introduced me to my first ever milkshake with the Oreo pieces everywhere) 🫡🫡 I appreciate the service I got and the food was excellent I’m going back

This is an updated review. I am happy to say this is the best location! The staff is attentive and always makes sure my order is correct. Everyone is so kind and my meal is hot and delicious every time. I appreciate Five guys for the amazing quality and great team.
Also the management team is superb and the whole team especially night shift need a raise! Thank you all!
I just want to say this visit completely messed up my night. We ordered 2 hotdogs, little fries, and 2 milkshakes.
Let me start with the milkshakes were beyond good. But everything else went in the trash. 1 hotdog with the raw onions were completely soggy and ripped apart. The second hotdog asked for gilled onions and they were raw. I bite into a mouth full of onions ( disgusting) and neither hotdog was cooked all the way. NO char, no color, still complete pink and cold in the middle. The fries were cold and soggy.
My man threw the whole bag away and went to bed angry with no dinner. Even after trying to fix it with new bread.
