Apparently, onions and mushrooms are the same thing. Ordered grilled mushrooms on my burger and what do I get …. Grilled onions…. Not even close. Spend $15+ on a burger you expect it to be correct.

Quick review after just leaving this establishment. Been here before and service was decent, but after just leaving I called my order in ahead of time, left the house late to get it only to find myself waiting another 30min in store for 2 burgers and fries. Unbelievably bad customer service and will never be back. Also 4-6 ppl came in after me and they were serviced so I received a refund and went down the street to Smoking Joe’s!!! If you need great service and food they are the spot to go, not here! & they’re prices are very fair for the food ✌?

IMHO/ 5 Guy's is one of the few Burger joints/ restaurants chains of its caliber(real ingredients] and a mission statement of simplicity and made to order goodness! And all the peanuts you can eat while waiting. ? ? ? ?

I love their fries, especially with vinegar on them. I always order with no salt, for health reasons. Most places ignore my request, Five Guys are always on point. No salt! means no salt.
