It is not a good environment to work in. The store manager (Sindy) is a bad person who fires employees for no reason, insults them very badly and is very problematic.

Great burgers! I only go half as often now, because it's twice as expensive as it used to be ? super fries and the hotdogs are great too!
I placed a delivery order today August 23, 2023. My total came to $53.41, I never received my order. They literally allowed someone else (not the delivery driver) to walk off with my order and they wouldn't replace it unless I paid again. This is wrong on so many levels and extremely bad customer service!! Five Guys, DO BETTER!!!

I haven't been here in a while, and after visiting on Saturday, I can now clearly understand why. The serving size is not justified by the price. The fries tasted fantastic, had less spice than before, and were better than before. The employees did alright.

Oh where do I start I'm never against tipping but they threw the jar in my face and basically wouldn't cook the food until I put the money in. But here's the best part I'm a white boy who is extremely fluent in Spanish While I was in-front of them the whole crew was speaking in Spanish not knowing I understand him saying the most disgusting things ever about me and how they want to f%*€ with my food
