8/26/24 5:00 pm Soft serve ? ice cream with hard shell was a disaster she couldn’t make it so she put it upside down in a cup , threw out the cone , 3 people ??????? on the front bench, stinking the whole place up smoking weed , nobody is telling them to leave.

They sucked.. no straw with the snowball to drink the juice once the shaved ice melted.. they were unprofessional on their Facebook page when I commented, and when I went there and asked for extra juice.. Won't be back!! ??

I have been coming here since I was little and love the snowballs. It is quite pricey so I don’t come often but when I come visit home I always need to come get an egg custard with marshmallow.

It’s a meh from me. Their ice cream is all Turkey Hill that I can get at the store, no, I can’t get soft serve at the store but it tastes the same, husband ordered the twist and was satisfied but not enthusiastic about it. I got an egg custard with marshmallow, and while I have learned that egg custard is not my flavor, I don’t blame them. I was disappointed by the marshmallow though, I am used to the Texan sweetened condensed milk on top of the snowball, not a goopy lump of marshmallow in the middle that by the time I reached, had no flavor. Final thing I was disappointed by was their pretzels, by “made fresh” pretzels they mean popped frozen into the air fryer/oven fresh to order. And they weren’t anything to write home about.
If I need a snowball in the future, I won’t rule this place out, but not for anything else.
Parking: Shared with the crab shack next door, may be tight during peak hours.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a walk up order place like Rita’s, may have to navigate around parking spot concrete curb things.

Snow ball was great as always BUT AS A business you have to be mindful of who leave in charge to represent your establishment the service I received today was awful the young lady attitude was horrible just rude and don’t follow simple instructions keep in mind it was very slow just me there only customers no excuse

Always have a great experience here at every location! Been my goto snowball place for last 2 1/2 yrs! Never disappoints always hits the spot with the shaved ice!
This was my first visit and I will not be coming back. The shaved ice snowballs have a very funny mettalic taste-like freezer burn ice. I wish the shaved ice was good but it isn't even ok. Staff is rude-I asked the hours of operation and the counter person said to read the sign.Was a waste of time and money!Chris. C.

Icy Delights has been a staple in our community for quite some time now. I have been enjoying their snowballs since I was a kid.It’s been great watching Icy Delights expand over the years! They are always on point, and have a full ice cream and snowball menu. My snowballs are always perfect with the juice to ice ratio. This is by far my most favorite snowball spot!

This is the best place in Dundalk to get a snowball. They have a ton of flavors. They even have an Old Bay snowball..... I know kinda weird, but what can I say? I love Old Bay and maryland. I just don't want Old Bay on my snowball, lol
