Updating my review. This season has been quite a miss. I have been to this location 3 times and all 3 times I might as well be eating a cup of plain ice. It's like nobody taught the workers how to properly flavor snowballs. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first time. But by the third time i would say its just lack of training or something. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Love Icy Delights. Would hate to have to look elsewhere for a good snowball when they were always so good

Visited Icy Delights for the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavor lasted to the end of my snowball. I give you all 10 🌟 and I’ll be back again.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 20+ years, when they had the machine that put the flavor on the ice cream. I don’t live around here anymore, so when I’m in the area I try to visit. However, the customer service and quality has declined tremendously over the years, worsening with each visit! The employees are so rude! The young lady that worked this evening has sealed the deal for me. This will most definitely be my last visit. I do not recommend, if you want a great snowball and customer service visit Crushed Velvet. This was a waste of time and money.. my snowball was terrible along with her attitude.

I went today with my daughters at around 1:15. I wanted to leave this review because the young man working was so nice and pleasant. He made delicious snow balls and ice cream and had a great personality.
Customer service was terrible. The young Lady thought we were disturbing her break. I won’t go back.

8/26/24 5:00 pm Soft serve ? ice cream with hard shell was a disaster she couldn’t make it so she put it upside down in a cup , threw out the cone , 3 people ??????? on the front bench, stinking the whole place up smoking weed , nobody is telling them to leave.

They sucked.. no straw with the snowball to drink the juice once the shaved ice melted.. they were unprofessional on their Facebook page when I commented, and when I went there and asked for extra juice.. Won't be back!! ??
