Horrible experience will never order again.Packaged order by layering different type wings on top of each other in same box.Cheese fries was soaked by ranch poorly packaged ranch cup in bag dumped out in bottom of bag. When i complained. Wanted refund for inedible portion of order. They said we cant offer that best we can do is come in and remake it. Was a delivery order. That i dont order takeout muchHighly unprofessional

The Mango Habanero sauce was good ??. I would have liked more "Hot" ? options. Especially from a wing joint. The wings tasted more like they were bulk cooked and kept in a warming tray.The fries needed to be cooked a little longer. They had absolutely no crunch.The ranch sauce was thin and runny.I am not likely to return.

Ive ordered from this place 3 different times and although i like the concept and the options for food the last 2 times i have ordered from the the food was undercooked and cold when it was delivered.

Got wings which were old and bloody! The fries were dried out and cold. The Buffalo sauce was basically just vinegar. They are In Chili's so I called and was told to call door dash. If I'm not refunded immediately, I'll charge back with my bank.

Went to chili’s on Merrit Blvd for dinner and was parking in the handicap spot by the carry out when the waitress came out and told us we could not park there because it was for carry out only and was very rude and told us we had to leave. Guess what we left and will never go back.we will spread the word! Texas Roadhouse here we come!

We ordered off door dash & it was great. The wings were hot (fully cooked) & fries were still hot too which isn’t usually the case when you order foot. They have a ton of different flavors & you get a good size for your money. The boneless wings were equivalent to Chili’s boneless wings & the normal bone in ones were similar as well.Not sure how people had such bad experiences in the past, but maybe they fixed it since then?
The fried Oreos were overcooked and the batter made for extremely odd shaped fritters that made for more batter than cookies. If it is truly just wings, you need to take more pride in specializing in your one dish you have to offer.
