Ordered 62$ worth of food and the food was delivered to the wrong address. My neighbor said they refused it. I called the store and their line is busy. Been calling for quite a while to a constant busy line which to me means they unplug the phone and that way they don’t receive calls.

I forgot to update my response but the manager gave me a call and submitted the refund. I’ve updated my review.

What happened to your customer service and food quality? When at the location, I stood at the register for 7 minutes without being acknowledged however other people were. Upon opening my sub, the entire bottom was saturated with grease and so soggy, it was not edible. Picture attached. This will be my last visit, and i feel a refund should be in order.

Came in on the afternoon of 1/9/25, trying to give this location another chance, since I was in the neighborhood. None of the staff greeted me again, I was never acknowledged, and no eye contact. The one girl who was bouncing around like she had nothing to do but dismiss me;
I had to politely ask her for my pick up order and pay for what was in my hands. The other 3 employees at the counter were fumbling with the order of the 1 lady in line as if they couldn't do enough for her. My philly sandwich was mediocre. I see, even after a 2nd chance, this location fails horribly at customer service. Corporate management needs to take a closer look at this location. I'm not going to push the skin color card but beware. Even after paying for my items in my hands, this one girl still does no friendly greeting , just simply told me what I owe and she said nothing else not even a " Thank You for coming to Jersey Mike's". So it's final for me, I am done with this location, they need in depth training courses from Chick-fil-A who always knows how to treat all customers.

I wish I could post a pic of the mess the manager gave me as a replacement for a turkey wrap gone wrong. Absolutely disgusting and I'm not a pi ky eater at all.

I went in at 8:40pm today and ordered two giant subs. Their subs are already overpriced And they didn’t put as much meat on both subs as they usually do. They skimped on that part. As I walked in, there was no welcome, when I walked up to the counter, the girl asked me “what do you want” and had an attitude then she proceeded to check me out before both subs were done and I said thank you about six times during the visit And not once did she acknowledge it. The name on my receipt is Sarah and it look like she had a friend standing there talking to her that wasn’t working there distracting her from her duties on company time. When the guy handed me both subs in a bag I said, thank you twice, and he would not acknowledge it and had an attitude as well. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and the bacon taste nasty and old as it should not be like that with the price of the sandwich. I recall from my visit tonight that the bacon was left out on the prep table and it seems to be left in the food temperature danger zone for quite some time. I really just wanted to ask for my money back but didn’t feel like waiting and dealing with their attitude and low vibration. I understand this is a private company and the owner should not just apologize but fix this problem and maybe work a few days here instead of collecting all the money. I hope that Corporate can step in on this due to the owner failing to provide the service and expectation that Jersey Mike’s has Per the enormous amount of previous reviews.

Placed an order for 32 dollars. Never received my order. Went to the online service and the order number I have on my receit isn't valid. I do not recommend at all.

My son went into this location at 8:43pm to get himself a plain cheesesteak sub and as he proceeded to place his order the employee says to him “grills closed”. He didn’t hear that initially and then the employee looks at his coworker and chuckles and says “the grill is closed” again. If the employees want to close up shop before 9pm then maybe the hours shouldn’t be 9pm. I will continue driving to the white marsh location for a much better experience and to be helped by employees who want to work.

I got cheesesteaks. They were very steakum quality. I wouldn't get a cheesesteak from there again. Not that it was bad, it just wasn't what I was looking for. I will try other subs in the future.
