The roast beef and provolone sub is what I normally order. The last 2 times the roast beef has been full of fat and not good quality. I am done with this Jersey Mike’s. Just not good anymore!

As the same as Subway, you have to purchase extra meat or cheese if you want more on your sub. Majority of their subs are meaty not veggie but I do think there is a vegetarian sub available. I enjoy the Turkey and Provolone with L,T,M.

Bad twice as much money for a sub with half as much meat on it than if i went to subway. This place is so stingy with what they put the subs. I paid almost $60 for 3 subs with only enough stuff on them for 1 1/2 subs.

Today for lunch I had an amazing dining experience at the Dundalk Jersey Mike’s. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome although they were very busy! As I walked towards the counter I was greeted and was kindly asked if was ready to order which made me feel like a valued customer. I ordered a giant Turkey club sandwich and I added some peppered ham on top and I was amazed when I saw my sandwich because it looked delicious and had generous amounts of meat and toppings (definitely worth the amount I paid for the sandwich). The three workers were very lively and energetic, even asking me about my day and my weekend. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. The food was delicious, was fairly priced, and the atmosphere made me want to stay so I ate my sandwich at the tables and I enjoyed every minute I was in there!

Ordered 62$ worth of food and the food was delivered to the wrong address. My neighbor said they refused it. I called the store and their line is busy. Been calling for quite a while to a constant busy line which to me means they unplug the phone and that way they don’t receive calls.

I forgot to update my response but the manager gave me a call and submitted the refund. I’ve updated my review.

I come here once a week and it is consistently good.

What happened to your customer service and food quality? When at the location, I stood at the register for 7 minutes without being acknowledged however other people were. Upon opening my sub, the entire bottom was saturated with grease and so soggy, it was not edible. Picture attached. This will be my last visit, and i feel a refund should be in order.

Came in on the afternoon of 1/9/25, trying to give this location another chance, since I was in the neighborhood. None of the staff greeted me again, I was never acknowledged, and no eye contact. The one girl who was bouncing around like she had nothing to do but dismiss me;
I had to politely ask her for my pick up order and pay for what was in my hands. The other 3 employees at the counter were fumbling with the order of the 1 lady in line as if they couldn't do enough for her. My philly sandwich was mediocre. I see, even after a 2nd chance, this location fails horribly at customer service. Corporate management needs to take a closer look at this location. I'm not going to push the skin color card but beware. Even after paying for my items in my hands, this one girl still does no friendly greeting , just simply told me what I owe and she said nothing else not even a " Thank You for coming to Jersey Mike's". So it's final for me, I am done with this location, they need in depth training courses from Chick-fil-A who always knows how to treat all customers.
