I came through drive-through for lunch. I got a 40% off of $12 or more. They kept saying my code was invalid when I got to the window I spoke with the manager and the manager failed to help me with my 40% off instead she had a nasty attitude and said I can't apply your 40% even though she saw my code and kept saying it was invalid. Thats poor customer service.

I came in with my kids husband mother and nephews to eat lunch one of my nephews made a mess and accidentally dropped his milk, and my mom said to One of the ladies that work here and said my grandson made a mess. He accidentally spilled his milk. The lady then looked at her and gave her some paper towels. I think it’s really ridiculous for my Elderly mom to have to get on her hands and clean McDonald’s floor That was so unprofessional I will never spend another dollar in This restaurant not to mention, their attitude is very, very poor Then after about 10 minutes they finally got someone over to her table to clean the floor

Horrible service. Restaurant was closed and nobody bothered to tell me. Sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes before checking Google maps to see that they weren’t open until 6 AM. This location used to be 24 hours, what the hell has happened?

Made a mobile order, when I get there the app goes back to order screen without showing order #. After telling them my name and showing them 2 forms off proof, plus confirming I was at the right location. They said they couldn’t find my order without an order #. That I would have to do another order and my first order will be refunded. As of now my money still has not been refunded, so I guess I had to pay twice because of there crappy system. Didn’t think McDonalds needed money that bad to where they had to rip their customers off.
