The Sub Hut (Previously Mustang Pizza and Subs)

Highly disappointed the fact mustangs change they name but seems like their famous pizza has changed to. Sauce is different tasteless and nasty pizza was burnt and over cooked. Different taste I will not be ordering from here again. Mustangs and famous pizza has been around sense I was a child. I’m like wow just disappointed. Lost my business!!! Not understanding why let sub hut take over ??? Sadly big mistake they have no glue how to make good food let alone pizza.

The one on German Hill was okay. It didn't "wow" me, but I tried. The sub roll was nice and soft. There were hard bits of over fried steak, as if the grill needed to be scraped off better. If you're a fry person, you'll get a half of a bag (which was perfect for me, but may not be for someone else). They could have been hotter though (I was there before my order came up and immediately started eating them, when I got in the car so it wasn't because I waited until I got home). If you order online, expect to pay a convenience fee (in addition to any tip you may give).

We ordered pizza, wings & fries. The pizza, the crust isn't completely done.... the fries taste like they have been refried 3x.... the wings were so overcooked & hard that we could have used them for a weapon... We paid OVER $50 for food that we can't even enjoy... their customer service & food service really STINKS..... NEVER AGAIN!!!

We loved mustangs, we ordered from mustangs everytime we got pizza or subs. Sub hut tho ?. This pizza is sooo undercooked.. the cheese taste like straight provolone.. bring mustangs pizza back!!

I ordered a cheese steak sub. 6 hot wings. Fries and gravy and a large cheese pizza. First of all the cheese steak didn’t have any cheese on it and the meat was so dry and it was just nasty. And the pizza was also disgusting. It didn’t even smell good. I took one bite and immediately spit it back out. On the other hand the wings and the fries and gravy were great. I unfortunately won’t be ordering from this place ever again.

Probably some of the worst take out delivery I've ever had. Took a hour to get here. When it did food was cold. Chicken tenders were unedible (even the dog turned up his nose)

First time ordering from the Sub Hut. Most likely last time. Couldn't add condiments on my sub when ordering the special, online, so had to order each separate. My pizza showed up with pieces folded over.Sub was so so.EDIT: I've decided to change my rating because while my one time experience may not have been that great, the follow up was exceptional. The fact that Dana called me to assure me while some things change, the same great people who have handled all my orders as Mustangs are still there, the ordering website is different. She explained it and how to work it for the deals, and offered me a pizza to make up for the folded one.Right there is excellent customer service! And that's why I will still order from them. Thank you. I appreciate you for following up.

Got two 12-in pizzas one just cheese and the other one with four toppings. They were good they weren't burnt or hard as a rock. They were very tasty.

has been okay the past couple times, but tonight i had to wait nearly an hour and a half for one small pizza. will not likely be returning.

The pizza dough wasn't rolled out properly. Way too thin towards the middle& the crust was way too thick.the pizza wouldn't support the the sauce& cheese.

We had a bacon sausage pizza twice recently, which we totally enjoyed. Today we ordered a 12" cheesesteak, which was loaded with meat, really good roll, not greasy at all and was really tasty.. This will be our "go too" place from now on..

Will not be back, took an hour and a half on a Tuesday night for delivery. The pizza was cold and looked like it sat for awhile. Fries and onion rings were both cold and mushy. Cheesesteaks were jus blah, could have made a better one myself. Very disappointed! Ended up throwing most of it away.

Food is always good I've never had a problem with their food.
