The best authentic Puerto Rican food. To find our flavors in Maryland is not easy, but Owls Cafe sure has a secret to make you feel at home PR.

I highly recommend Owl Corner Cafe, for not only a quick bite to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner; but their catering is TOP NOTCH! Ordered a meal for 30 for a surprise party, worked with Lilly and she was fantastic. Helped me to pick out the best menu lineup. When I picked up the food everything was perfectly packaged.Barely was able to get any pictures of the delicious, and beautifully prepared food because everyone swarmed the food as soon as we set it up :)I can’t wait to use them again, everyone raved about how great the food was! They are the best! Great people, great atmosphere, and incredible food!

If you are born and raised in Puerto Rico, accustomed to our seasoning, you will realize that many things on the menu do not have the authentic flavor of our island. For example; The fillings! Forgive me but that seasoning of the meat is not Puerto Rican. The piña colada doesn't feel like the one in PR. The mofongo was dry.The pastrami sandwich yes! And very rich.Dessert options, I didn't see anything Puerto Rican.I traveled 1:40min to tremendous disappointment :(.The piña colada took more than 30 minutes to give us. The sorullos are stuffed with cheese, they were good. From what I observed and what I tried, probably someone in the kitchen is not Puerto Rican, which is not a bad thing, but if they offer a “Puerto Rican” menu they should not alter our flavors, or they could offer them as a mixture of what they are. Oh and the tostones are frozen from a bag.The cod was good.

This is definitely the corner of flavor in Boltimore. ❤️ The service was incredible, the taste of the food was great without missing the price. We will return to try more of their menu.Support yours, support the local, support the entrepreneurial Puerto Rican.?

Amazing authentic Puerto Rican lunch counter tucked away in a large flea market just outside of Baltimore. It reminded me of the types of meals I had growing up in Puerto Rico. The roasted pork, sorullitos (corn fritters) and mofongo are highly recommended. The restaurant can be hard to find- you'll need to go to the back of the flea market and it'll be in a small corner. Seating is limited

Very authentic Puerto Rican food. Lily is very friendly and welcoming. She treated us with the warm embrace of a typical Puerto Rican family. The alcapurrias and mofongo are a must try!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible through the flea market entrance. Call the restaurant for wheelchair access.

Great food bad customer service, the cashier lady with nose percing had a bad attitude. This is sad , my family and friends come all the time to this place. I hope it gets better.

I grew up in a Puerto Rican neighborhood outside of Philly and it's so hard to get authentic food in this area from PR especially alcapurrias! These did not disappoint ❤️?

Myself and some friends ate here almost two weeks ago and I must say that I'm beyond impressed. The flavor of the food had love, great effort and even better taste all within the Cuban Sandwich! The staff were friendly, fun, welcoming and I loved every part of my experience; I will be back often and hope that they stay open forever! Keep up the great work guys!!The parking and entrance to the establishment is on the side along where the stand with fresh produce , I believe it is the second door by the stairs and on the right once inside.
