Love their pizza

I called in my order. I ordered 3 pizza's for about $55 used a $6 discount. I went to pick up my order and was asked my name give the dude my name than as he was handing me my 3 pizzas I asked for the seasoning for my thin crust and garlic sauce please. Lately my thin crust hasn't been coming with the thin crust seasoning. When I asked for the seasoning and sauce he told me I had to wait he had other orders he needed to do than went over and started rolling dough waited 2 mins and just walked out guess what wasn't with my thin crust the seasoning. This place needs better management im done with this place.

The manager is rude. The delivery driver (Brian) was pleasant. I got half of my order and was offered store credit as if I would order from this place ever again. Shoutout to Brian though I wish him well and hopes he can get employment for more respectable people.

Ordered at 2pm for a scheduled delivery at 7:30pm. It’s now 8pm and I had to physically go to the store to cancel my order because it wasn’t made yet. I think the scheduling option needs to be fixed on the back end this is unacceptable.

I order pizza late hoping they would Delivery & they took my order. An hour later I ties to call & check when coming & got no options closed.
Looked at my CC and they did send the money back... Yet what about a courtesy Call that it was not coming.

i’m not even one to write bad reviews, but my experience here truly has me perplexed. i placed a doordash order for a pizza to get picked up here, and they spent a while looking for it. they ended up informing me that it already got picked up, with my doordash screen visibly on my phone waiting for me to confirm I received it. i asked them what they could do for me, they said cancel it? i don’t understand what the harm could’ve been in giving me the pizza i paid for, and how careless they could be in giving an order away with no way to identify the person picking it up, and cancelling it won’t guaranteed my money back through doordash. genuienly spend your money elsewhere these people don’t care at all

I don’t eat out often, but when I do crave pizza, Papa John’s is usually my go-to. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

To start, my pizza was cold—even though I live just three minutes away from the location. I paid extra for a half sausage pizza (around $2 more), and while that may not seem like much to some, every dollar counts when you work hard for your money. The sausage was very sparse—barely one or two pieces per slice—which made it feel like I was being shorted, despite paying extra. The cheese looked discolored, as if the pizza had been sitting out for a while, and overall it just didn’t taste fresh.

I also ordered wings, which I’ve always enjoyed from Papa John’s in the past. I called ahead to ask if I could get a mix of flats and drums and was told it automatically comes with three of each in a six-piece order. However, I received six drums. While I’m not entirely upset about that, I’m confused as to why I was given incorrect information by the staff.

The wings themselves were also very disappointing—nothing like the quality I’ve received before. They tasted off and just weren’t enjoyable.

What makes this worse is that this meal was part of our planned cheat day, something we look forward to every two weeks. We set money aside specifically for it, and this time we chose Papa John’s, expecting a treat. Instead, we received food that was barely edible and honestly felt like a waste of money.

At this point, I’m seriously considering boxing up what’s left and taking it back to the store because it’s just not worth it. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because today’s experience was far from the standard I’ve come to expect.

Not sure why this Papa John's location has such a low rating. I've carried out from here a few times and always had a good experience. ( I do find that Papa John's, the past couple of years; skimps and leaves too much crust, not spreading the sauce and cheese further out. But this seems to be the standard for the company now, so I can't judge this location on a company wide shortcoming) This location as far as I'm concerned has met or exceeded my expectations. Plus they must like me because they orient the sauce cup right side up with care and precision.

Very disappointed I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago. If your delivery guy is backed up let people know it’s gonna be 2 hours. I would come get my pizza. Now my fresh pizza will not be fresh and be cold. I even tipped well. I don’t want to be eating at 10 pm tonight. It be nice to comp me my $42.00 or 2 new pizzas hot and ready for me to pick up when I called seeing where my order was. For them to tell me well you are further away, so make me wait because I am further away and deliver to the closer customers. Way to be an outstanding customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous for customers to be waiting this long for their order.

Order pizza, and the garlic sauce is just tossed in without care upside-down on the pizza leaking all over the pizza and box. The only reason I decided to put this up is because it's the 3rd time it's happened. The first time I said ahhh, maybe just a bad day. The second time I said these people are slipping for sure, now a third time, I truly believe these people just do not care. I am absolutely done with these people. The pizza took over 45 minutes, and the pizza was not hot.
