I ordered a pizza and cinnamon pull aparts from Papajohns in Dundalk, MD 12/2/2024. My food was out for delivery @ 5:55 PM. I only live about a half mile away from this location so it’s only a 3 minute drive and with the traffic and lights 10 minute drive at the most. I still did not receive my food at 6:20 pm so I called the store to see where the driver was. When talking to the manager he said my food should be delivered any minute because the driver was out on the road. I told him that my food better not be cold when it arrives. He did not seem too concerned even after I told him that. He said your food will be there any minute. The driver finally delivered my food at 6:25 PM and upon opening the box my pizza was lukewarm warm at best so I had to hit it back up in the microwave a few slices at a time . The pizza was still ok after doing that but taking 30 minutes to deliver food a half mile away is unacceptable. Upon this experience I will never order from this location ever again and I will be looking up the number of the corporate office in the morning and calling them to file a complaint about that location. If you want your food to be hot upon arrival then do not order delivery from the Dundalk location because. Their service sucks.

This is the worsted papa John’s I been to I did an order online at 7:10 came in around 7:20 paid for my pizza she told me another 6 min I came back in at 7:40 and pizza still not done she told me another 5 minutes 5 minutes went by and still no pizza and she got an attitude because people asking for their food and NONE OF IT IS READY this is sad and I got my food at 7:47

I just had a bad experience in this store. We went in with the intentions to order online with a 50% off code. The cashier informed us that we needed to use a different code and that he'd fix the order for us. He took my order and we sat down to wait. After approximately 10-12 minutes my husband approached the counter again. The same cashier asks my husband if he made the order. ( stating that he didn't get it?!?) I'm disappointed with the LACK of customer service. Why would you allow us to sit there waiting once you supposedly took our order and not inform us that you'd not received it? Foolishness. I guess it's back to delivery for us. SMH.

Normally the food isn’t good anyways but it’s late no where’s open we’re craving pizza , we go to order , no carry out even though it’s 10 pm and they close at 12 am , so I proceeded to call and ask what they do offer and it’s only delivery, i would love to get the food at my door but it’s always 10-15 dollars more for delivery so if i am able to pick it up myself I always will, so literally for my only option to be to have to pay them extra money to deliver plus wait 20 extra minutes for their stops normally is why I pick the order up, I just don’t think it’s accurate for it to be open till 12 on google and they stop accepting orders unless delivery after 10

NEVER GO HERE, I had an order that I me and my boyfriend were going to eat before his trip out of the state and he was going to have dinner then pack. He was not able to have a nice dinner because they did not deliver it! I put the same address i always have ordered from and they “weren’t able to find my address”. They are not good with time and will not answer the phone for the life of them, even customer service had no clue what I was saying. They ended up canceling my order and leaving us with NO dinner tonight.
You would have better luck ordering anywhere else.

Placed a timed delivery hours in advanced only to not receive it when I called was told it was on its way and will arrive in 15 min 45 min later called back and was informed the driver delivered it wrong and they will send the order back out now I’m at work with no lunch last time I checked more than 2 hours is more than enough time to get an order cooked and delivered properly I would have been a little more understanding if I was informed there was a mess up but no I was left sitting and waiting on my lunch break for nothing to show

Ordered thru Papa John’s app and somehow ended up with the wrong pizza. Called and manager remade correct pizza and got it delivered quick. Order from them all the time and it’s the first time they made a mistake. Appreciate how fast it was resolved.
