Not as great as expected. Gravy tasted terrible and so did the Oreo cake tiny slice that was 4 dollars but wanted me to think I was getting a deal when he pushed for me to purchase with a dollar off... I was disappointed all together

Not sure if they are under new ownership or what but, we spent alot of money on 2 subs, 2 fries & a chicken tender platter ($56 delivered!) & the fries are under cooked big time & soggy, & the rolls are so stale they toasted them & they are crumbling apart! They used to have really good food! Im done with them after this!! Back to Safa's pizza, they are the best!

Called in an order for sausage and green pepper pizza and a cheese pizza. When arrived, the order was 2 cheese pizzas and sausage and green pepper. They made the error. So why were we charged for a 3rd pizza! Saturday 6/7 @ 630pm. UNACCEPTABLE!
Royal Pizza has great potential, but there are some consistent issues that keep it from being a top choice for us. We picked up a pizza recently, and while the ingredients are undeniably good, the execution fell short. The pizza had way too much sauce, making it overly wet, and the crust underneath the sauce and cheese was still doughy and undercooked.
We ended up putting the pizza in our oven at home for a few more minutes, which helped evaporate some of the liquid from the sauce, thicken it up, and finish cooking the dough. This made a big difference.
It feels like they may be rushing to get pizzas out quickly to avoid long waits, but I’d much rather wait for a fully cooked pizza. Next time, if we go back, we’ll definitely ask for the pizza to be cooked 'well done' and check it before leaving to ensure it’s properly baked.

Order two large pizzas on Sunday told them I'll leave the top in cash which I did signed the receipt 29.61 and today today they took 35.61 off my card!! The pizza they didn't cut it tight I pull from the next piece! Tasted old! Monday the manager did replace which is good! But not to steal my money don't care if 5.00 !!
