I normally enjoy Safas food but tonight ordered a Hot Roast beef platter. I paid online and then was told by phone that I needed to pay extra for gravy on my fries. My order comes and no gravy on beef or bread. Barely any gravy on fries. Terrible. I called, sent a photo and was told it was correct but they woukd send me some gravy. 30 minutes later gravy arrives but food is now cold. They are 2 minutes down the road.

WTF HAPPENED
Sauce almost none on pizza. Subs can be very thin with hardly any meat. They really need to get it together. Oh the Wing things...... Skin thick as leather. Never crispy just rubbery. Hot sauce is watery and oily. OMG 😳

Great customer service especially as I work 2nd shift and stop in just before closing to grab my to go order.
Don't let the rough neighborhood drive you away from this amazing pizza shop. I've been ordering from here for years and the pizza and subs are always delicious and the prices can't be beat for the portions. Also the night crew have great customer service, especially the young man with the fade working the register. Don't waste your money ordering from any of the other local sub shops like Big Boyz or Pizza Boli's. Ordered the meatball stromboli today and it was absolutely delicious and huge. My only suggestion would be to serve it with a side of marinara sauce for dipping even if you have to raise the price of it a dollar.

My kids really like there boneless honey Old Bay wings. And my 10 year old don't like nothing. But. He can put down 10 of the boneless honey Old Bay wings. Like a cookie. The pizza and mozzarella sticks. Are pretty good as well. I give them a 10 out of 10. Always on time with my orders. And if they forget anything down to the blue cheese dipping sauce. They will bring it back to you.
