Missing ingredients on my sandwich. the whole point of the spicy nacho sandwich is for it to have 2x nacho cheese... mine had none so it was just a plain chicken and veggie sub with the bare minimum of sriracha sauce.... spent $21 on that combo meal and the best part of the meal were the chips

I went in to buy three cookies and the cookies in the front of the cabinet looked soft and moist. He gave me the ones in the back and their are stale and hard. Will not ever go back.

When having my sub made, I asked for extra lettuce. He barely puts any lettuce.. maybe half a handful. I ask for more. Again barely picked any up. I asked for extra pickles. He puts 5 pickles on the whole foot long. I asked for extra. He picked up specifically 3 pickles. I asked for extra mayonnaise. He puts 2 swipes. I asked for more. He puts one measly swipe. Are condiments & toppings coming out of their salary now? Like you have to be THAT stingy with toppings? Especially when those are the only 2 toppings I want- I’m not over here asking for every vegetable & condiment. The bread was also so literally stale it either cut my gums or some hard piece of bread is now stuck inside my gums because they are swollen. Great way to get someone to never come back to your location ever again & go to a different one.

I want to start off with; I'm not a huge subway fan. Their food, to me, is meh. That being said, I do find myself there occasionally due to gift cards and such and always like to try something new they have. Today, there was one gentleman working in the store on Wise Ave, and he was busting his butt. He was very polite and really trying to keep the line down when multiple people came in at once. There needs to be a minimum of two staff at this store, one person can get easily overwhelmed. Anywho; very polite man, kept the store clean and debris free, busting his butt to be a good employee. Would recommend if subway is your thing.

They didn’t have the 3 foot pretzel I keep seeing on tv. Bathrooms closed 45 mins before they close. Said they already cleaned them. No one at counter for a while. Before and after I ordered. They seem to really wanna get outta here. Me too! First & last visit.
