Wanted to share a review of me and my wife’s experience at this specific location.
We’ve been at this location to dine in twice over the past few months, tonight and back in September. We were sat with the same server, Alyssa, both times. We’re convinced she’s homophobic. Both times she was not friendly to us in comparison to her other tables (her demeanor would completely change when she was at our table), barely would come check on us (while she checked on her other tables several times), refused to make eye contact, and never gave us refills. It made both experiences extremely uncomfortable.
We’ll be visiting a different location next time, but just know if you’re queer, you may not be treated the same as other customers at this location.

This review is for Texas roadhouse in Dundalk, Maryland… We had a very pleasant experience dining at this particular location… Our server was Rebekah F… She had a very pleasant demeanor and was very responsive to our many requests… such as extra butter, substitutions, and getting our order exactly right… hopefully, she will be available for our next visit later this month…

Great food and a wonderful restaurant. We will go there again. Be sure to ask for BRIANNA--she is a true professional. Everything tasted so good, and the service was exceptional. Recommended!
Texas Roadhouse in general is a very friendly environment with goos food. This location is especially great because the customer service was above and beyond. Thanks to the manager and Allison who took care of us.

Just picked up carry out from here. Order was missing two side dishes. Mac and cheese had no cheese. Just a buttered noodle. Blooming onion sauce missing. Country gravy has a chemical smell to it. I would avoid this spot at all costs. Tried to call the restaurant to get it fixed but no one picks up.

Food, service and efficiency is always consistent. The entrees are a good value and well prepared. My only objection is the noise level of patrons, which is not really under the control of the restaurant, and the decision to put the cash register (kiosk) on the table. Some bone headed idea to occupy the serving staff so they can instruct you on how to operate the equipment to pay the bill. Dropping of a bill off at the table and running a credit card of leaving some money on the table can't be that time consuming. What's next, deposit your meal in a locker and picking it up yourself by unlocking the door using a credit card to pre-pay.

Was first introduced to a Texas Roadhouse in Indiana in 2010. Been stuck on the place ever since. At some point they changed the recipe to they buns. If you think they're great now, there was once a time they were even better. When I'm in the mood for a steak, it's always the bone in rib eye. I dunno how they manage to nail it every time. $30-$40 for a steak that good with two sides? It's a consecutive bargain.
