Called to place a order for delivery and was on hold for 10 minute's. I called back again to place order and was on hold for another 10 minutes, needless to say i didn't call back to place a order. The bad part is it was lunch time on a sunday!!

I call to order and it's suddenly 8.49 ?Your brand new menu better include accurate pricing.Get it together.So, I ordered that and cheese fries 6.49 and my total is $19 dollars. Where's the extra $4.00 from ?I tip too always so this will cost me 25 for a grilled cheese with ham and fries with cheese.Fix your danged menu to advertise correct pricing please!

Ordered from here often years ago but not since we moved. We ordered when I came in town and it made my entire household sick! Pizza was so greasy and their Staff seemed to be under the influence & focused on everything but the customers!Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.
They didn't read the ticket and didn't give me a chicken cheesesteak, which is what I ordered and didn't realize until we got to our location.

I just want the owner of Tony's to know that I and my wife have been loyal customers and typically like the food, but to be honest with you if it were not for the western fries i would not eat there, good fries are important to me when ordering from a restaurant, your regular fries are horrible, i throw them in the trash everytime i dont get the western fries i ordered and it is not the first time, so dont change the western fries and maybe look around for better regular fries

About the cashier Harley... When I 1st called to place my order she I had to repeat my name 5 times & she kept calling me Ryan i kelp saying my name is lauren.. & she she even spelled ot wrong on the receipt ... then when I get there she told me to have a good day I said I still need my coke that I ordered she looked over at to fridge so I looked over I said I ordered a 2l of coke she said no u said u would pick it out urself said I never said that she tried to argue with me then she said we don't have coke I said ok just refund me back for the coke. I usually don't complain but her attitude & trying to lie & make up something that never even was said.
