Hair in the food and this is after the grand reopening. Nasty! After going to customer service they only offered a $6 refund for a $17 meal and everyone had to throw their food away. On top of being pregnant and vomiting up all my food because of this incident we are very dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled. GROSS!!!

I love burger king but this one their customer service is bad, they're super slow yet not busy! They don't have Fanta orange which is my favorite, their team seems to have ear problems to hear or microphone challenges as they don't pay that much attention when talked to. I don't think they're a bad team though, probably just needs better training. Also the last burgers I ordered yesterday08/14/25 (#1)for dinner were too salty I had to trash them &I ended up cooking. Sucks! Besides that I truly love all the team. Just get better training please.

I used to like burger king but between the uncleanliness and old food I stopped eating it about 2 years ago but this location Completely changed my mind. The food was amazing and the restaurant is VERY CLEAN!

Clean, high quality, drink variety (refilling may need attention during/immediately after peak hours as the machines (2) can run out of the popular options), accepts coupons/discounts, Chive/AtmosphereTV and Location.
Two 'Touch screen beverage machines' with flavored sparkling water to help stay away from the sugar loaded stuff.
They dont answer the phone. Just paid $30 for food I can’t eat since I wasn’t able to edit my order. I called 6 times and never received an answer.

The BEST Burger King I've ever been to. I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese crossanwich and it was so hot and delicious and perfectly made! The bread was buttery and soft and the hash browns had just the right amount of crisp! Loved it

Very slow Burger King sometimes it takes 20 minutes in the drive thru and there are only like 5 cars in the drive thru, something about Calvert County all their fast food places are very slow preparing your food, but the order is usually always correct and the food is good, but since I love burger king so much its worth it I guess

The owner of this place needs to let reality sit in. Pay fair wages and then you will have employees stay. Shouldn’t take 25 mins to get an order. Not the ppl working their fault. They have 2-3 ppl working. Clearly not enough. Avoid this

Tried calling and all the phone does is ring and ring . . . Either wrong number or they just don't care. Simple order just asked for no mayo, even double-checked they got the order put in right and was reassured the order would be and was made right and nope . . . Still had mayo
