Served me a moldy handmade lemonade today ??‍♀️

I used to be able to come get food no problem. Now every time I order online they aren’t accepting the order. So when I show up 40 minutes later, they’ve done nothing. The last 3 times I’ve shown up they accepted the order when I walked in to pick up and then make me sit in my car for 15 minutes waiting for them to make it.
There’s 1 table full in the restaurant which tells me it’s just laziness or forgetfulness. I ordered food at 730 and as of 815 I’m still sitting out front of the store waiting for 2 club sandwiches. Will not be returning until they can figure out basic operating procedures.

EDIT: was called by the staff within 30 minutes of the review and they apologized. The review served its purpose of letting them know what was going on.

Stopped in today and tried the Roast Beef Panini. Terrific!

Never had a bad meal here. Always fresh food and dont mind paying a little more for great quality food!

This place is hit or miss at best. We have had ok food here and horrible food here. We stopped going because the service is very bad. We ordered our food and sat down for about 30 minutes. I got up and checked on our order and they said it’s coming, 20 minutes later after the whole place was served besides us I asked again. Long story short they canceled our order by accident and never made the food. One hour wasted and still hungry we got our stuff and left. Food sucks most of the time and it’s too expensive. If you want a good meal go to Ledos.

Would place much higher if just food. However the place is beyond filthy. The floors are nearly black. Under the soda machine and the corners of the walls have inches of dirt and just grime! I like this place, the kids are always so nice, everytime I walked in I was freaked out by the dirt, so unfortunately I don't go anymore.

When you walk in, there is a board with the menu and you place your order at the counter. With so many delicious choices,.it was a bit overwhelming. Wished I'd looked it up online, l had time to really look at the menu after I ordered and sat down, as everything sounded wonderful.
Ended up with the Mahi tacos and pulled pork grilled cheese, both of which were great, though.
Definitely would return to try something different

I had a bad experience here and was treated badley!they had the door unlocked at 10:05 I was getting a hair cut nearby and walked in for a cold drink . The old man was extremely rude and said what do you want ! I said just a drink .. the younger man got a drink and kept the last one for his self and he told me keep the drink we’re closed now get out! Maby lock the door is closed and don’t ask customers what they want! it’s like they expected me to know that they were closed when they brought me in and asked me what I wanted Customer experience was horrible service was terrible and I do not recommend this to anybody I feel this bad after just trying to get a drink like I’m less than I’m a pain customer and I was talked to extremely rude and will not be back !
