In 19 years of eating Chipotle, I don’t think I’ve ever felt strongly enough to leave a review. This bowl I just got doesn’t even taste like Chipotle flavors. I’m really confused because it looks like any other bowl I’ve had but it tastes like a bowl of unseasoned mush.

The service here is beyond ridiculous! A lot of snobs! Beans look awful and STOP putting so much SEASONING in the BEANS! 😡 my son cannot eat them! Way too much! When I as a customer ask you for something don’t roll your damn eyes at me i felt like slapping your face off! These young people here are so disrespectful! Get corporate down here! Well you have lost more customers!

went to buy quesadillas and ordered pinto beans, but they were so dry. I asked if they could give me fresh ones, and the person didn't like it; they treated me poorly, not friendly at all. I won't go back.

I must express my sincere gratitude to the team on Tuesday night. The grill cook and the manager provided exceptional service. They served delicious food and ensured that the staff worked efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. The carne asada was particularly noteworthy and should be a permanent menu item. It’s evident that the staff and management genuinely care about their customers and colleagues. Despite my initial negative experience, I decided to return, and I’m delighted that I did.

All Chipotles have been raising prices like crazy. That's just what you expect coming to a Chipotle. However, this one still does a really good job of putting enough meat in the bowl. It's not the best one I've ever been to but it's still very good.

I ordered 4 entrees including a guacamole upgrade. All four entrees were severely wrong. All the toppings were so mixed up and mis matched to where they were supposed to go. Almost seems like it was intentional. Or whoever made it was high or something. No one wanted to eat there entree.

Don’t EVER order delivery or pickup from this location - they will give half scoops of everything, and no double meat even when paid for. Can only be held accountable when you are standing in line watching the food be prepared - ridiculous.
Everything I've been here the in the evening the girl that puts the toppings on always seems to have an additude. She is very short amd just say what else.

Food poisoning from uncooked rice and bad tomatoes. The quality of food has greatly declined here. Will not be returning after this nightmare. Also, it is insane that it is so hard to get in contact with human customer support given the severity of my report. “Pepper” just kept ending our conversation. Food poisoning and bad customer service? Why would anyone go here?!

This establishment completely fails to honor their expected prices. Not only will they argue you down on why you’re supposedly not able to get the food priced for what you ordered, but they will literally throw your food away and refund your money just to then give you a lesser item than what you originally came for to portray as if they are accommodating you. Management needs some looking into after such poor handling of customer service to a unsatisfied patron. I can understand why the ratings and reviews of this store have been low as of lately, I sure hope they get it together. For the record, 1 soft taco is $3.70…not $10 and some change just because you want your ingredients on the side. They know exactly what they are doing and it’s unfortunate that they will go to such lengths. Although I’ve already recorded it for my 48k followers on social media, I’d advised everyone to just go to another chipotle. 👍🏽
