horrible people, horrible store. only buy here if you want cold sandwiches, long wait times, and the worst customer service you’ll ever experience. stick with the prince frederick store if you value your time and money.

Literally the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Takes a minimum of 20 mins to get an order no matter if your mobile or not.
What’s the point of making a mobile order if it’s not going to make things move faster???

I did a mobile order. No one ever came out I went inside they told me they couldn’t make either of my drinks cuz the machine was down and she was like you have to request a refund on the app and I asked for assistance and she said I don’t know how. Like what. So I’m trying to figure it out and they are asking for proof I didn’t get my items so I ask for the manager and she was like why can’t you get your drinks and I said idk that lady said the machine broke. She added ice and made both my drinks. That girl was just pure laziness and sitting there talking shit with another employee. All the counters were covered in mess and they didn’t even have regular coffee available. Manager was apologetic and got the job done. But that was some bad service and a disgusting environment to have food prepared and also somehow there was queso on my bagel…

Hours do not match anywhere and they didn’t have anything prepped when they opened ??? Aren’t people supposed to be scheduled earlier than opening to do that ???
Literally so understaffed. Only 2 people working the drive thru and inside in the middle of the day. Dude making the food room 10 mins just to find out that they didn’t have what I ordered in stock and another 10 to make me something else. When I received my food, it wasn’t even fully cooked. Basically frozen in the center. Very piss poor D&D unfortunately.

This location is always so busy, but it doesn't seem to have enough people working. Drive thru takes way too long to get through.

Placed a mobile order, drove up to the speaker and let them know I had a mobile order. I come around to the window where my drink is sitting on the counter. No one hands me the drink for 5 minutes while I’m staring at it on the counter. Multiple employees walked by seeing the drink and just passing. No one in the lobby, no one in front of me. My wife had to go INSIDE to ask for the drink for us to get it.
IN SHORT: if you’re reading this, please don’t go to this Dunkin’. We come here occasionally and there’s always a problem each time. The one in Lothian/Waysons Corner is significantly better and they have On Tap.
