It’s really a shame the amount of money we spend trying to have dinner delivered and cannot even receive the items we paid for. The response from the manager “Alexis” when we called “well you can come pick it up”. NO. Now I have to drag the kid out of the house, right with him about his car seat to just GET missing items. Do you’re job right, make SURE everything is with the TO GO order before you hand it to the delivery driver.

Food was good and fast, but expensive! Maybe I'm just out of touch, but $10 for a burger at a fast food place seems really steep. The kids loved it. Also, we didn't realize that when they ask about toppings , they mean anything besides the burger. We didn't specify each item and got surprised by plain buns. Our fault, but just a warning for anyone else who might be as clueless as us. I would recommend this place with the above warnings ⚠️??Kid-friendliness: Burgers and fries. Totally made my kids happy.

The tables were clean (except for the mess my kids made with peanuts... sorry about that guys). The food is great. Service with a smile! What more could a family want?Kid-friendliness: Our daughter walked over to say thank you for her milkshake and he graciously accepted her thank you, saying knowing she loved it made his day. :) great place

Clean fast service the food lived up to my expectations for Five Guys however my salted caramel shake was not what I had experienced in other Five Guys establishments.
