First time trying this place on a whim. Pleasantly surprised by this place! Sally was out server and was quite attentive and considerate to myself dietary restrictions (vegan). The kitchen made a tofu hibachi type meal and it was very tasty. My boyfriend enjoyed his hibachi as well but noted that the sauce was very sweet. We would certainly visit again!
My friends and I have been going to this place for years. If you're looking for good Japanese food without ridiculous prices, then I highly recommend it. Personally, my favorite are the rolls with salmon in them and the chicken katsu. On top of serving good food, they also serve boba for a reasonable price.
I've been here several times and will continue to come back. Fujiyama is your standard small town sushi restaurant. They also over hibachi items on the menu. The food has been good and the service is fast and friendly. One time the fish seemed a little frost bitten, but that has not been the usual experience. I will continue coming back for more food to show support for this small town gem.
