We went in at 5 PM They were not busy and yet all the tables were not clean the floor was not clean. When the young lady gave me sub from grill asked for pickles honestly felt like she threw the one container down! We should have left!!!!They were out of swet tea My husband said they were out sweet tea. We sat at a dirty table to eat being we do not live around the corner 5:30 still no seet tea. When asked about the manager the young man with the chain with the letter S told me the manager is off on slow days, 3 of them are the same rank the other two must of been new. The one young man agreed with me while checking out the tables were dirty and he just came to work. Again no tables were cleaned while we were there.We did see the young man wiped the counter down then same rag wiped the knife GREAT TRAINING HERE Yes i told them i was calling the owner unless i call health department 1st. We will be notifying the health department on many issues on this visit. For the price i can get a steak dinner abd have clean tables and good service. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. Staff was polite and ready to service. Ordered a steak and cheese. Food was made to order. The food is always good at this location in Dunkirk.

Terrible service. Friend picked up a meal for us. Asked for double meat, barely got a normal order of meat. Reached out to the store directly and no response. Filed a corporate complaint, no response.
Driving to the Edgewater store is worth it. Their standard order has twice as much meat, you get greeted and treated like a customer and not just another number.

It is a chain store with overpriced sandwiches and the kids who work there don’t care or pay attention. They make the sandwiches how they want and not how you order them. We stopped going because the amount of times the put our allergens on after specific instuctions not to but decided to try them again today because they were one of the only places open and it happened again. Never again.

The absolute worst JM I’ve ever been to. I’ve made several attempts to get good food and service at this location and they have failed. Nobody needs 2 entire extra large scoops of red peppers on a sub… EVER.

First time coming in and i was unsure what to get. I was rung up by the younger girl with pigtails and she was very kind and answered all my questions and gave me recommendations based on my preferences. and on top of that my sub was great! Great service and great food, I will be coming back!

I eat here often and came in today and I must say the young men working in here are an absolute treat!! They are SO friendly and have the best manners! It’s so nice to see bc some young ones working aren’t outspoken or don’t have the best manners! Not these boys!! Those boys need a raise bc they are like this ALL THE TIME! So attentive and they are always working hard!

Lettuce. They will NOT put lettuce on my chipotle cheesesteak. Doesn’t matter if I order online or I go in the store. Either one I give instructions to substitute the peppers for lettuce because i don’t want to just eat meat, bread and sauce. Yet for the past while when go there to eat the kids in the back DO NOT add lettuce to my sub. I didn’t want to write this poor review but for $17 i would expect simple instructions to be followed. I will still give the shop another few chances but if this continues to keep happening then i will take my business elsewhere. I don’t want to but $17 for a sub that isn’t what i wanted is wayyyy to expensive.

Management or adult supervision is severely lacking in this location. The food is not bad but the professionalism needs some work. I can't really say I want to spend money at an establishment where the employees are just laughing in playing. Just my opinion though.
