I ordered a large pizza 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 sausage, mushroom, onion & green pepper. What I received was a large pizza 1/2 pepperoni, sausage, green pepper and 1/2 chicken, mushroom & onion. Poor attention to detail & quality control!! Not the first time the wrong pizza was provided!

The Tuesday deal on Calzones was great and the food was excellent! At the price of the deal, we did not expect the calzones to be so big and were very pleasantly surprised. If Ledo's has this deal again, we will be sure to return.

I'm disappointed in my order. I just ordered lunch for my construction meeting. I asked for eating utensils. I have nothing, no napkins or eatery. As for the food, the calzones are usually golden brown and buttery. We'll not today. Just not a good look when you're the one providing lunch for your crew.

March 15,2025 Ledos Dunkirk I do t know how they stay in business poor excuse for pizza and family agrees! Haven’t been to this location in several years and I live 8 minutes away. Take yourself to Ledos in North Beach or Dreale at least there you’ll actually get crust with your cheese and tomato sauce. How on earth can anyone think pizza where the crust is half as thick as a saltine cracker and can’t hold the tomato sauce or cheese without falling apart is called good food is beyond me. Never again will i make the mistake of going to the Dunkirk Ledos I’ll go anywhere but there. Just me and my families thought.

We gave this place another try after about 1 year- all new wait staff- same horrible service and disgusting cold food.. I have never been treated so poorly than the wait staff at this establishment.. Food is absolutely horrible.. The only saving grace was I believe a relative was a bus girl helping out and checked on us replaced my cold Mozzarella sticks cleared tables and took a real interest in the customer.. We will not be giving this dump another chance..

Picked up a turkey Bacon Pizza. Brought it home. It is beyond horrible. When I called to complain then owner hung up on me. He tried to convince me I did n't like it. That was not the case. He hung up on me when i requested a refund or a gift cert. I have never had a problem with their food before.

I ordered a well done sausage and onion small pizza to go. I picked up and it wasn't until I got home which is 25 minutes away that I saw it was pepperoni and not a well done pizza (soggy). I called to let them know it was the wrong pizza. They admitted it was their fault and offered two free toppings when I go there again. It should be the replacement pizza. Super disappointing since I won't eat this pizza and was really looking forward to it. I recommend you show the customers the pizza like the other Ledo's restaurants do so this doesn't happen again. Thank you.
