I usually really like Mod....but we spent about 15 minutes while the front person figured out how to do our order. Then waited another 10 for them to be cooked. We were the only ones there. The pizzas had way too much sauce on the so they were soggy. When we got to the register they tried to over charge us by 20.00. Worst Mod experience ever....don't waist your time at this location!!! I spent 57.00 for food that wasn't edible...

Great salad...huge and not expensive. Made well by a very nice employee.
Service was good, the place looked clean, but my food was burnt on the bottom I didn't even finish it, I'm probably not gonna eat here again.I even tipped well.

Service was super slow at a quiet lunchtime. 3 workers, one who seemed new and was extremely slow at making a pizza, one who was ok and a young lady who kept rolling her eyes at workers she was obviously frustrated with but was no better herself. My friend's pizza was over done and young lady said she'd remake it. My friend didn't want it remade and said she was fine with a well done pizza. She then started cutting off the outer crust and again my friend had to tell her not to and to please give her the pizza. She was very grumpy.
Usually there's a more experienced manager/ owner there to keep things moving but that wasn't the case today.
All customers were grumbling to each other about how slow it was.
