Service was super slow at a quiet lunchtime. 3 workers, one who seemed new and was extremely slow at making a pizza, one who was ok and a young lady who kept rolling her eyes at workers she was obviously frustrated with but was no better herself. My friend's pizza was over done and young lady said she'd remake it. My friend didn't want it remade and said she was fine with a well done pizza. She then started cutting off the outer crust and again my friend had to tell her not to and to please give her the pizza. She was very grumpy.
Usually there's a more experienced manager/ owner there to keep things moving but that wasn't the case today.
All customers were grumbling to each other about how slow it was.

We stopped in near closing time. Our pizza was great and made exactly how we asked. Adam was the one who made our pizza and he was super friendly & helpful as first time MOD-ers

Big shout out to the staff today! My son had a last minute appointment and I was a little frantic and needed to switch my pick up time. Without hesitation the individual on the phone said no worries we will start it now. Walked in and it was already in the oven. Everyone was fantastic and the custom service was amazing. Thank you all for your help. Also, we made the appointment on time!

Listen, the food is okay, but my friend was working there, he got let go, the thing is, they lied on why, you see his wife who is also my friend was sick, she couldn't keep anything down no matter how much she tried too, she couldn't really walk at times, so he called out to take her to the hospital, you have to understand that when I say this, he only called out once since he started working there that's when he had to take her to the ER, I was home when he had to take her to the ER, caused I also had to call out for my job on the same week cause I was sick as well, I have been home when he had to go to work, he is a diabetic as well. They told him that he called out because he was sick even tho he called once the whole time he worked here, he was sick after taking his wife to the ER, but he went into work even tho he was sick, this girl who starts with a N Told him to go home, so went to work today and got let go, now you see why I am changing my rates and I won't be going back there since they treated my friend the way they did, it was wrong, they didn't want to understand or try too understand what was going on. P.s he was a little late today cause of the car has this thing thats under it I can't remember what it's called cause I don't know cars and he does, he had to pull over to fix it and then drive the rest to get to work, I forgot what it was called but it was lose and hitting the road, nobody should go through something like that while driving and knowing it might hurt the car more I don't know if it would of. Anyways he shouldn't have gotten let go cause some people were lying, we liked the people that worked there but now ? we don't and don't be trying to tell me other wise, they should have listen to what he had to say too so he can explain and to make sure it matches the story they were saying period.

I just wanna give a shout out to the manager Darius. He is an exceptional employee. The MOD Pizza company should be grateful to have a manager like him working for their team. He was very courteous and helpful the entire time. Not only was he managing, but working the fire stove, and running orders to cars. All while helping me with my problem. I hope he gets some much deserved recognition, and hopefully raise as well.

Well beyond my expectations! As far as "pizza joints" go, this place gets A+'s across the board. A mom & pop feel with a totally modern design. Fresh ingredients, food tastes delicious & it looks just as good when it comes out. You can stand & watch your pizza cook (kinda cool for the kids) or just relax while you wait. Clean location, great atmosphere, and the employees were helpful & welcoming. I'll definitely be back!
