The best Popeyes in Maryland. Good service and food is fresh.

Got here before their closing time and they purposely did not answer the drive thru. I parked to go inside and they met me at the door. They stated we are closed. I looked at their stated operation hours and they should be open..So I replied the sign says you are still open then they stated we do not have anymore chicken.

Gave me two free apple pies and were very nice

Don't know what happened but their service has severely dropped. They took 40 minutes to fill order.

Wait, time way too long! Most of the time they closed before it’s time for them to close. And I don’t understand why they close so early on Saturdays.

I placed a mobile order and they didn't have what I ordered. I waited in line for quite a while and was told they didn't have part of my order but was not given any options. Poor customer service in my opinion.

The chicken was the driest chicken I have ever had. The Mac and cheese was completely watered down and tasted horrible and the fries tasted like they were sitting for a while so they recooked them. Worst food I have ever had at Popeyes. So much for having fried chicken down the street from my house. I live in Dunkirk and was looking forward to this. O well.

Update. It’s actually gotten worse. Decided to give it another try. The Mac n cheese was insanely over cooked. I actually had to spit it out. The fries were just thrown into the bag and I live 3 minutes away and they were cold already. So I’m assuming they were cold when put into the bag. The chicken wasn’t dry this time but over cooked. I will be giving up on this Popeyes.

I feel I need to add I have never actually had bad Popeyes before this one. Ever.

I keep trying them while I’m the area and they seem to get worse. Absolutely the worse service you will ever receive. I just went into the restroom to wash my hands and there is no soap. So how do the employees wash there hands after they use the restroom. Please close this place down.

Every time we order we missing something.
Never got order done correctly.
Just don’t understand why they can simply put all staff you paid for.

Tried to get food here, but no one ever answered the intercom. Literally no one was there to take our order over an hour after they were "open." Abysmal.

I waited 40 minutes for an order of wings and they made the wrong food. This isn’t the first time this location has done this. Unless you buy the old chicken from under the red light you’re gonna wait and they’ll somehow mess it up. Last time I use this location.

we went to get some fries and two drinks to quench our thirst and hunger, when we received the bag we were pleasantly surprised to see a chicken sandwich in the bag for free! must have been a mix up but still all grateful. 4 for service because he was NOT locked in, he was a little geeked i think hence the reason for the free sammy.
