Literally so incompetent they couldn't get a lid entirely on a cup. They're also slow and will try to push you to the drive thru rather than get out the product. A tip? You don't even deserve minimum wage. DO NOT COME HERE.

came in yesterday and while the girls who work are usually super sweet and attentive i was served by a man older than me who was attempting to flirt during the transaction and made me uncomfortable. felt very unprofessional especially because usually the girls are super nice! starbucks and safeway do better :/

Been coming here for years! Stacey is the best!! Great customer service and excellent quality of drinks!! I stopped going to the standalone Starbucks across the street to come here due to the superior customer service and delicious drinks!

The blonde that works there sat with her back facing me, on her phone and actively ignored me once i was sick of waiting and tried to get her attention while she went as far as to roll her eyes? Starbucks you need to get your workers in check or fire her because this behavior is beyond unacceptable especially when i even gave her a minute just in case she needed her phone for something of the proper importance but her attitude clearly showed nothing was more important than that phone of hers rather than the customer shes paid to serve.

As of today I’m deleting app and no longer shopping here. Prices continue to rise and rewards not a good value any longer. A grande mocha with soy is over $6 and slice of lemon pound cake almost $5. They stopped carrying sugar free syrups a few years back, as well. As long as we keep paying the exorbitant prices the company has no reason to drop their prices. Go on line and check out the Supply and Demand Theory. I’ll shop at other local coffee shops going forward where prices are 50% less or more. Starbucks profit margin is too high.
They do not close at 9, they close at 8 o'clock. it's a running joke in the store, they like to watch you walk up.

everytime i come in here there is only 1 person working Mckenna. She is so nice! its crazy so many people are ordering 5-7 items & only her. the sign says you care about our wellbeing well clearly you guys dont care about your workers. this is sad she deserves a raise for real….

Just tried to buy two tumblers here. The teenage worker practically leaped over the counter to tell us they weren’t for sale. So, the tumblers clearly priced and set out on display aren’t for sale? Spoke to another employee and they were confused as well. Hmmm… Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.
