Ordered brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso for like the 100th time. After yesterday I will not be returning. I went through the drive through and the younger guy at the window stared at me like I was some awkward freak, handed my a cup slammed with ice amd maybe 2 shots coffee while he laughed and said have a nice day. Then stared freaky at me soke more while I drove off. Was probably the most awkward customer service I've had at any location anywhere. Plus the got rid the brownie.

I've visited this Starbucks about 4 times in the past month at various times of the day. Typically, the service is good and everyone is friendly. I have had to wait for longer than usual but it happens. My issue is that my drink has been wrong every time I've gone. If you have an option to customize, the baristas need to do exactly what is asked for. Otherwise remove the customize option. I'd rather wait a bit longer and get right the drink than receive the wrong drink quickly.

Thank you to the young man working today that was so obviously ‘put out’ when I asked for cream in my coffee. He handed it to me and I put it in my cup holder. When I went to take a drink the top popped right off. He filled the cream to the very top so that was fun. You know when the lids are on for cold drinks. I’m so sick of the ‘quick question’ for a tip but don’t want to make sure your drink is secure. Especially with an attitude. I would have taken a picture but I was more worried about cream sinking into my leather seats.

Not sure what’s happening over at the Starbucks! They seem like they are training some new people, but they can’t seem to get a basic drink correct. Manager… please have better eyes on this location.

Brand new policy to try keep people in their stores are not being observed here. They were coming up with any excuses to not give me a free refill, so I just left. Goto the Prince Frederick, they have no qualms about refilling your drink if you are sitting in there. Multiple employees at the Dunkirk store felt the need to argue with me about why I didn’t deserve a free refill of coffee. I’ll never go back there. Dunkin’ in Dunkirk.

i’m going to leave a review and make a comment on miss jadyn (:
jadyn, you never mentioned that you walked up to them and asked why it was taking longer than maybe normal. but instead you wanted to take the time to realize you have nothing better to do with your life and just leave a review on two girls trying to their best while it’s busy. girl get a grip and stop being dramatic. have some common sense to actually ASK people, “hey how come it’s taking a bit long” ain’t no way in hell you stood there for almost an hour get it together, you probably waited 10 minutes. if it’s busy, don’t you think, “oh they’re just busy” at least understand. because i’m sure you wouldn’t like it if some random person took a picture of you just to make a nasty ass comment because they waited 10 minutes for a drink.
NOW for MY review. i’ve been here countless of times before i go into work for my nightly shift and sometimes during the day on weekends. yes ive been there when it’s busy but they all do great. the night crew is amazing and quick. i’ve never really had to wait crazy amount of time. they’re efficient and kind. you can see they’re trying their best to do everything in an orderly fashion. the store is great, love coming here.
