Wow!!!!!! The service was amazing!!!! The emloyees were friendly the store was clean and neat. Not sure what has changed the past few weeks but you can definitely tell something is different. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Starbucks employees for putting a smile on my face today .

Took over 15 minutes in the drive thru and the people before us only had 2 drinks each. Got to the window and our order was incorrect and wouldn’t give us straws for our drinks. Had to wait even longer just for a silly straw.

Let’s not even mention they automatically ask for Tips now.

This was a busyyyy Saturday and wow they took it like a champ! I am thoroughly impressed with how they could multitask and got these orders done with how few people were there.

I wish i asked for their name! but the employee with the pretty neon hair was more than helpful and patient with me. made my day :) unfortunately i left in a hurry and didn’t leave a tip so hopefully they get all their good karma !!!!!! great service

It's the only coffee aho around so sadly I have a lot of experience to review, and it is the absolute slowest Starbucks in existence. Drive thru or walk in. There is no escaping a long wait time

I asked for a Pup cup and couldn’t even get a response. Just shut the drive thru window in my face. Hopefully the lady with the grey hair has a better day because her attitude is insufferable.

Ordered brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso for like the 100th time. After yesterday I will not be returning. I went through the drive through and the younger guy at the window stared at me like I was some awkward freak, handed my a cup slammed with ice amd maybe 2 shots coffee while he laughed and said have a nice day. Then stared freaky at me soke more while I drove off. Was probably the most awkward customer service I've had at any location anywhere. Plus the got rid the brownie.

I've visited this Starbucks about 4 times in the past month at various times of the day. Typically, the service is good and everyone is friendly. I have had to wait for longer than usual but it happens. My issue is that my drink has been wrong every time I've gone. If you have an option to customize, the baristas need to do exactly what is asked for. Otherwise remove the customize option. I'd rather wait a bit longer and get right the drink than receive the wrong drink quickly.

Thank you to the young man working today that was so obviously ‘put out’ when I asked for cream in my coffee. He handed it to me and I put it in my cup holder. When I went to take a drink the top popped right off. He filled the cream to the very top so that was fun. You know when the lids are on for cold drinks. I’m so sick of the ‘quick question’ for a tip but don’t want to make sure your drink is secure. Especially with an attitude. I would have taken a picture but I was more worried about cream sinking into my leather seats.

Not sure what’s happening over at the Starbucks! They seem like they are training some new people, but they can’t seem to get a basic drink correct. Manager… please have better eyes on this location.
