Went to this Subway after not eating Subway for almost 10 yrs on 12/11. Had a great experience with the young lady and the sandwich was great. I came back on 12/12 to get the same meal from a gentleman could be the owner. And watched him touch receipt after receipt doing mobile order. I asked him if he could change his gloves before making my sandwich, he says before or after I make the sandwich. I place my bag of chips back and proceed to leave out the establishment, only to watch him with the same disgusting gloves touch and open the bread of a mobile order smh. Now the mobile customer may not know exactly how their food was handled and cared for, but me watching you touch dirty receipts and not switch your gloves out is horrible for business. Please proceed at this SubWay with caution!!!

Owner is very unprofessional. Workers and environment is very nonchalant. I ordered 3 BMT's 2 nights ago, and when I went to pick up my order no worker was on the floor. I thought nothing of it because it was close to closing...when I got home and opened my sandwiches they all had half inch thick meat inside...it was inedible...I threw the sandwiches away and planned on contacting the store the next day because they had already closed...I called the next day and no one picked up the phone. So the next day when I was in the area I stopped in the store to talk to owner. I explained to him my situation and he said it must've been a mix up because another customer called and asked for the chunks(which I find hard to believe). He then asked me what I wanted to do about the situation and I simply replied some compensation would be nice. I said maybe even a credit. He refused both, unless I bought the sandwiches back to the store. I told him they were thrown away but I had pictures. He explained he couldn't do that, and that I got extra meat so I should've been happy with it. I told him I ordered sliced meat, thick slabs of meat change the texture and taste of the sandwich. He explained I used a coupon so I got a lot of food for $40 worth sandwiches. I showed him pictures of the sandwiches and he still said I had to bring them in. That was appalling because most restaurants don't ask for old food back, as it isnt sanitary and against servsafe restrictions. I thought the pictures would be enough, but they weren't. This guy does not accept coupons in-store, and if you order online and use the coupon, he will be bias against you. They workers are very nonchalant and lackadaisical in their work. This is my third time going here and every time there is a problem. I won't be back and caution anyone who goes here.

Just sharing but this location doesn't honor coupons in the local advertisement. One of only 2 locations in Northern Calvert County. Don't go here if you have coupons. They don't participate. Nice to know ahead of time instead of guessing.
