Finally they will start making your food if you order on the app, but they always tape up your bags and drink. I guess they think I work for Uber eats? but you always have to check your order and rip the bag open, especially for sauces and things people dont normally get like fries and cinnamon twists

Wheelchair accessibility: The lines are long the manager it’s no good. He’s not compassionate whatsoever got my order wrong went back through the line had to wait in a very long line and if you go in, there is a long wait for anybody to come to the counter not a good place to go and eat this don’t even deserve a one star

I've been sitting here for 10 minutes and the line has not moved. I know things can happen between scheduling or falling behind with food prep and what not, but there is no excuse for this.
Edit: 20 minutes between me paying and receiving my food. I know this because I have a recorded time of paying in my email so it's not like I'm just exaggerating because I'm upset.

This is the second time I have sat in line for over 20 minutes. The 1st time, after I received my food the chips were so saturated in grease and overcooked they were not edible. This time, after sitting for over 22 minutes from the time I placed my order to still having 2 cars in front of me (thats right in 22 min only 3 cars max had moved ahead) I left without receiving my order. This is baffling for a 'fast food' restaurant that serves tacos and burritos. I wont be going back to this location. My time is to valuable.

This taco bell used to be even worse but they have gotten slightly better. They were out of a cple items also. The food was not good at all. Barely any cheese and thin servings. The inside wasn’t very clean and if you don’t order inside from kiosk you might be waiting a while.
I’d also say the prices are pretty high for what you actually get. Will only eat here once in a great while

When you're getting home late and facing a torrential downpour, you stop at Taco Bell! Guess a lot of folks had the same idea so I waited for the food for a while but it was pouring rain so what else to do anyway!

Worst service ever!! We waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. There were only 4 cars ahead of us. Placed a mobile order and I checked the food before we left the drive thru window. We were missing two items from the order. I couldn’t even tell the staff member the other item that was missing as they slammed the window in my face while I was speaking. Very disappointed with the service and wait time. Last time we came here (back in November) we had a similar issue with wait times and wrong order items. Which is why we stopped coming here. We won’t be back anytime soon.
