I have had the pleasure of getting to meet the owners and have been there several times. Each time the food and smoothies are consistently good with outstanding customer service! They give it a homey feel!! 10/10 recommend!!

Came in right at 9pm on accident but they didn't say anything and still made my smoothie! The owners the lucas's will be your best friends! They are so nice! The smoothie was sooo good!!!! It was so fast!

Ms. Polly & Carrington warmly greeted me with a smile. My flatbread, kale salad, & detox were delicious! I enjoy going to TSC Dunkirk on a regular basis. I enjoy the healthy food options and friendly staff!

Me and my wife both got 2 different wraps with chicken and they barely put any chicken on it. all other locations are fine but avoid Dunkirk MD location unless you want to be robbed

I order smoothies here a couple of times per week, and they are usually good. Today I had 2 delivered via DoorDash. Both were watery and were missing ingredients that we paid extra for. There were chunks of banana that weren't blended in as well. One was missing peanut butter. Disappointed today 😞
Not sure if there’s been a change of management at the TSC but our visit tonight was above and beyond! I wish I had gotten the names of the ladies working the front counter to give them a shout out! They were so kind and welcoming. The food was fast and delicious, and it was such a positive vibe! Thank you for a great experience!

I ordered a Cali breakfast flatbread and it was inedible, i physically couldn’t eat it without it spilling all over me. The employees were kind enough to remake it. The second time around was much better.

This is the best location I have ever been to! Whoever was working on 4/29/24, they are the best crew! The older african american lady, she is so sweet & welcoming! Whenever I am up in Dunkirk for a doctor appointment, I always make a point to stop at this tropical smoothie!! Great tasting food and smoothies everytime!

It's hard to cancel an order when the app directs you to call the store. Which is pointless because NO ONE will answer the phone at this location. I've been trying to cancel my order for the last 15 mins. The VM is full so all I can do is let tropical basically steal my money??? I just want my refund for food I NEVER RECEIVED!
