We picked up a very generous half-bushel of oysters from John’s farm and had them all shucked in 45 minutes. So fresh! So tasty! We had them raw and grilled, and with either just a little lemon or a dab of freshly-made pesto or with a homemade cream cheese & spinach & onion dip. The four of us quaffed over a hundred of those bad boys in less than an hour. Legend!
