After today and after seeing that this store has 4.2 stars I’m starting to think this most be a new employee or a bad week! Wanda is absolutely inexperienced at her job! Meanwhile she held some lady up at the window today to count her drawer because she didn’t believe she owed her 5$ guess what she did! The lady was visibly upset leaving here today, we stopped her outside and gave her the money for her order back. How sad and disgusting the service here is. My family will not return we will ride to Cambridge or Denton site for now on

Staff is extremely kind and hard working. Had an issue with my order, received someone else's order at the drive through window, and didn't realize until I'd already driven off and gotten to my day job. I called them to explain, and they promptly invited me back to the store at my convenience to replace the order. They went above and beyond. Food is always good. Never any surprises.
