The service was well, or meant well! But the food is a no for me! I did ask to add extra mayo but I would like it spread on my sub instead of in clumps and also no flavor to the steak meat for me, all I taste is mayo cheese and jalapeno! My tomatoes are warm, I’d rather my produce be cold on my food. And my bread to be toasted for this type of sub picture of mayo below . But to each its own, just a no for me! Customer service was pleasant

Chicken cheesesteak: overall sandwich would have been good but the chicken was so dry you could barely chew.

Delicious sub, especially with the bits of paper jammed into the center. Maybe next time don’t roll the paper INTO provolone cheese.

The food quality has severely declined, while the prices are outrageous now. No longer a customer. It was great in the beginning. Sorry guys 👎🏽

Just great if you want a $30 coleslaw sandwich. Where's the meat? Wagu don't mean nothing if there is only 5, see through slices. All I could taste was salad dressing and cole slaw. Won't be going back

So only because I am pregnant would I have ever considered going to a food industry 10 mins before they close but I had just gotten out of the hospital and desperately wanted a cheesesteak, even after explaining they could 10000% say no the woman who answered the phone not only was extremely friendly but took my order and never made me feel bad even added a personal touch writting congratulations on the sub paper wrap! Thank you to so much to whoever was working 8/19 at closing and the cook not only was the service amazingly friendly my food was absolutely delicious like always!

I'm not usually one to complain, but I hate oregano. The last 3 times we have specified no oregano on my Italian sub it was even written on the wrapper of the sub all 3 times ( no oregano) and u guessed it oregano everytime. I'm going somewhere else from now on yall had ur chance.

First prepare yourself to jump out of your shoes when open the door. They have a piercing door chime. Then I went to open the drink frig and another piercing sound to give you another jolt. Make sure your awake. Asked which sandwich was most popular and was informed it was the Bobbie. Like a Thanksgiving sandwich etc. I said ok. However, I was not impressed with it's non appealing presentation or the taste. Perhaps heating it up could have made a difference. In fact it gave me a substantial stomach upset. So, needless to say I won't be going back. Not to mention your high prices. I paid 2.79 for Small of chips and 3.49 for drink. Thank God the Sandwich was on the house because of a coupon. Oh yes the small Bobbie a whopping 11.79. If you don't believe me, try them out yourself. So disappointed ☹️ Oh service was fast and staff was friendly.

They charge you a fortune for a sub and when I get it the turkey used was so dry I had to throw it out. This is sad I mean they provide the workers with fresh meats they are just too damn lazy to use them. This is dangerous and nasty!

Excellent service and subs

We called at 6:37 on a Sunday. Apparently they close at 7. We got a mouthful about how they were about to close so they would have to make it really quickly ?? Not okay. You should fire KIMBERLY

We drove down to Easton, MD to play lacrosse and I needed to feed a team of hungry boys. I saw Capriotti’s as a place nearby and took a chance. So glad I did! The owner was so accommodating and generous! She threw in so many extras to make sure the boys were well-fed. Thank you so very much for your friendly service!

Sandwich was very dry no flavor browie was so small for 3.99 I would not recommend this place.

I love capriottis they are amazing! They always make the best subs! I 100% recommend them. I love their wagyu cheesesteak. Their Bobbie is also delicious. You can not go wrong getting a sub from here.
