Bought $15 Eight inch Roast Beef Sub… chintzy on the Roast Beef especially for $15… lacking taste… roll fresh but a bit doughy ( personal preference)… will not go back… weak effort imo

my awesome customer service was at the Easton Md location..the food was great and a much better experience at this location,than the experience I had at the Kent island location.i will never visit that location again..i would post pictures on here,but i don’t see where to do that.but I did post on facebook the pictures and experience..thanks again for the great food at the Easton Md Capriotti’s and the staff delivered a positive customer service experience along with a great sub(I ordered 2 cheesesteaks)😋😋

Great spot down in Easton!
Came into Capriotti’s today With my two year-old daughter to get some lunch and I cannot be more happy with the service we were provided, especially from the manager Linda .

called Friday 8/15 to order subs, girl that answered simply said "hello" I asked is this Caprioties, and "yes, hold on a minute" 5 minutes latwr I hung up. have not ordered here for quite a while, saw recent postings on Facebook and decided to try again....reeforced whya I guit calling for orders there

Good place to get a cheesesteak
Now that was a sub. I ordered the grilled italian sub and it was delicious with extra meat. Packed with meat, extremely cheesy, assembled well, ready when I arrived for pick up. I know Caps has kind of fallen off over the years from when I first tried them in DC back in 2012, but this one was very reminiscent of the old days.
