We have been buying seafood here for years and it has always been fresh. The salmon and shrimp are exceptionally good!They also sell frozen meat from a local butcher and other items to go with a meal.

Will never be purchasing anything from Captains Catch in Easton Maryland I bought 2 lbs of backfin lump over $36 for each and when I opened one dumped it in my crab dip it was backfin and the second one was regular crab meat someone had switched lids! I immediately called and let them know and was told I don’t know how that could happen we don’t carry regular crab meat. I come here from Florida to visit family have bought from there before but never again!They better check their crab meat! People open the lids before you drive away!

Purchased soft crabs yesterday for dinner tonight!! You know the first soft crabs are the best. They were awesome!! I love this place!

I've bought 1/2 peck's of oysters from other markets and they'll stay closed and fresh in a brown bag in my fridge for two weeks. Got two dozen from this place, some looked meh, ate a dozen, next day a bunch were open and tossed them. Next week didn't feel so hot. Not liking to go to doctors waited a few weeks before I knew something was really wrong. Not one, not two, but THREE different types of parasites. Talbot County Board of Health had to be notified by my doctor. There are other places in Easton that actually sell fresh seafood. Stay away from this overpriced tourist trap.
Really great food. I had a crab cake platter with spinach soufflé and Brussels sprouts. It was all delicious!

I rarely write reviews, but only do so when a local business is truly exceptional. I have been using Captain's Catch on and off since moving to the Easton area since 2013. Their secret is their service, it is an exception to the area and they go above and beyond anyone else in this industry. If they don't have something, they will get it- and can get it fresh off the boat locally or regionally. There are several local businesses that really make this area unique and a good place to live. This is one of them. If you are wondering if this is worth trying- it is.
