Every time i get a mobile order it takes over 20 minutes. Most of those minutes my icecream is sitting out melting. The order is wrong without any sauces and the food is lukewarm. Mobile order customer service is terrible here. Over 20 minutes for fast food is crazy. If you want your food i guess you have to go to the drive thru or you wont get anything in a reasonable time or correctly done

Drive thru service has become really slow. I don’t understand why they don’t utilize the 2 lanes? Just waited 20 minutes for one meal I placed ahead on the app and about 4 or 5 cars people behind me got their food first. Not sure what has happened there but it’s become progressively worse the past few months.

I don’t understand why you put in a double drive through and keep one lane closed all the time? Also I came here on 3/5/25 it was pouring rain and wind was blowing up to 25 mph. Why on earth did you have 2 employees outside in those conditions working the drive through. You were not busy and the speakers work fine so why put them out there. Disgusted with this place and won’t return.

Always quick and friendly service. My order is never wrong, which is honestly surprising for how fast they move and how busy they get! Their lemonade is by far the best and the avocado lime ranch is too good!
Was charged for a side of Mac and cheese. Never requested to order a Mac and cheese yet still paid for it only to realize when I got home and I live at 30-40 minutes away. :(((

not only did it take a gazillion years for my poor sweet door dash driver to be able to LEAVE the store with my order, but i also purchased the $1.80 up charge for orange juice to be added onto my kids meal. when i received the order i was given THE WORLDS WORST APPLE JUICE IVE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE, and NO orange juice in sight. not only am i pissed about my $1.80 loss because the ONLY reason i bothered to order out in the first place was because i wanted to drink orange juice, BUT I WAS ALSO GIVEN HOMEOPATHIC APPLE JUICE. THIS WAS LIKE SOMEONE DUNKED AN APPLE IN WATER FOR ONE SECOND. THIS WAS LIKE IF SOMEONE ATE AN APPLE AND THEN RINSED THEIR MOUTH OUT WITH WATER. I am going to be so honest with you, this travesty upon my psyche, my taste buds, and my wallet almost has me not wanting to return to this location.
