Kyiah is the perfect person to have at the counter. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. We walked in during the lunch rush and she remained calm, patient, and pleasant throughout the chaos. Great service and food at this location

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich, dined in, ate and left. Within an hour I was deathly ill, felt like how I feel when I ingest msg. I have a serious allergy to this preservative so I googled it and you still use msg in some of your food items. I am so disappointed that this is not something that is boldly displayed somewhere. I spoke with corporate and was told it's on the app and on line. I should not have to look up what I order on an app to find out if there is something in it, that shouldn't even be used anymore in restaurants. What about elderly people that have no idea what an app is or internet. That is something that should that should be made known. You have always been a favorite franchise of mine, but am now afraid to return. This is not good customer service

Just gonna do drive thru. Faster service. And attention to detail is much higher in drive thru. Manager Trevor refused to acknowledge myself and anyone else in line, even though register was available, and the other was occupied. You’d think they’d vibe for efficiency, acknowledgment, and quality experience. Food was ready, and tried to mention to other cashier it was. Had to wait multiple rounds for the person I mentioned to connect the dots that I’m still standing there. Waiting haha. Oh, also had a copy of the pull ticket for the order. It’s cool Chick-fil-A makes it easy to pull sauces, etc. I’ve seen fast food companies where they have to remember themselves - No dressing or sauces. Just do drive thru people.

I just got a spicy chicken sandwich I have nothing else in my house because I just got a new home and I opened the bag only to find hair baked into the chicken on my sandwich this is actually nasty and makes my stomach curdle
