Chick-fil-A is a great fast-food restaurant that always ensures their food is prepared correctly and tastes good. Compared to other fast-food restaurants, my order is correct 99% of the time. If something is missing, it is usually just sauce and I can simply go back in and get it. It is important to remember that this place is run by humans and mistakes can happen. It is a popular location with staff who can only work so quickly.The change from a 2-lane drive-thru to 1 drive-thru and 1 mobile service was an excellent idea. However, during the construction process, it would have been great if they increased the parking space, even if it was just a small upgrade. Workers often struggle to find parking and the lot is already tight as it is. Nevertheless, parking is the last thing I would complain about at a fast-food restaurant.Overall, Chick-fil-A is a great place. Regardless of the corporation's views on certain political topics, the workers don't represent that. They always appear dedicated and are working hard to make a living.Vegetarian options: Chick-Fil-A offers multiple salads that are customizable, while this is a vast selection their limited choices are amazing.Dietary restrictions: N/AParking: It isn't than other fast food locations, you aren't there to expect a huge parking lot. However it is no secret Chick-Fil-A is popular and it could certainly be more accommodating with its parking.Regardless, if you're going to complain about something small such as the parking for a fast food location just get delivery.Kid-friendliness: Chick-Fil-A is one of the few places in general I can say still utilize a play-area for children. Always consistent! Crispy delicious chicken! Orders done right friendly staff and clean facilities. Can’t ask for much better!
We stopped for lunch.3 strip meal, a #1 Deluxe and 8 count nuggets.The 3 strip meal was OK, not really hot.The #1 Deluxe wasn't good. The bun tasted old and fell apart in your hand sas you ate the sandwich. The chicken patty here wasn't hot either.The nuggets were OK, just seem to keep getting smaller and smaller.Fries were ample and hot.Our fault, we should have taken the food back and I am sure they would have prepared hot, fresh food they are very friendly.

On 2/17/24, I paid for a spicy sandwich meal with lettuce + an additional spicy sandwich with lettuce and paid the price for that but was only given one spicy sandwich with lettuce on it.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would and that would be solely off of the catering service we received today from the gentleman that delivered our order. Not only did he make 3 trips to ensure our order was perfect, he was kind, friendly and polite. We cater a few times every couple of months and I will be recommending this restaurant again without a doubt. I wish I had gotten his name, but FYI: This gentleman is a KEEPER! GREAT REPRESNTATION!!

Sandwich was barely warm and the fries had old burnt, greasy ones on the bottom like someone intentionally was hiding them and then put some freshly cooked ones on top.
